It is hard to put into words how great this team is. The staff is amazing and always super friendly. Visits are always cordial and relaxed. Dr. Green is an astute professional well deserving of all her positive reviews. I would attribute her success not only to her analytical and methodical prowess, but also to the level of personal conviction and caring put forth in her practice. I started seeing Dr. Green after I developed severe TMJ issues from having my wisdom teeth removed by another dentist. It has been a long journey and I’ve seen many doctors for my TMJ, but I must say that Dr. Green is by far the most compassionate, understanding, and personal provider on my road to recovery. Dr. Green is always exploring new possibilities and innovations . She is always willing to listen to any and all of my concerns, answer all of my questions and has never treated me as if I were just another patient. The great team, great energy and great care are what make this the best dental practice in the area.

Was greeted with smiles and warmth. I was led to a private room by the "concierge" as they called her, and she did not hand me a clipboard with a bunch of boxes to check. She instead sat there with me the entire time while we got my patient information entered, asking all the questions necessary. She (her name is Rene) then repeated everything for me to the dentist and hygienist, I didnt have to do it. That was very nice. But what was very impressive was the genuineness of Dr. Green and her staff. They verbalized everything, I knew at all times what was going on. They specialize in my condition, TMJ, and I felt understood. Im actually looking forward to my next visit, which has never happened before. I was offered lots of things to make me comfortable-music of my choice, a blanket, beverages, etc. That was impressive also! Thankyou Springfield Smile Doctor!

The smile doctor deserves a 10 star review and credit for one of the best dental offices in the 417! For the last 4 years, each appointment is better than the last. Their service for their clients given as a patient is over the top. The staff is very professional and all have genuine personalities whos interests are in the care of those who they are helping. Unlike other offices Ive been to who are trying to make money or have made the problem worse. For anyone reading reviews to have an interest in this office, you should know that you will be in good hands and that your smile is going to be big and bright when you leave here! Dr.Green and her staff make their office a comfortable environment for everyone. You would be crazy to have anything but a satisfying visit here. Thank you Dr.Green and staff for everything!!

I am extremely disappointed I have dental insurance so I called Dr Greenes office. Renée checked my coverage to make sure I was covered for a second cleaning and check up for the year. She checked on it, called me back and I said It should be covered. I went in for the appointment and they did x-rays and cleaning. About three weeks after my appointment I get a bill saying that I owe $176 because that amount was not covered by my insurance. If I wouldve known it was going to cost me $176 I would not have gone to the dentist until after the first of the year.

Dr. Green, Liz, Jess, Rene and Daniel make up the most amazing dental staff. Their expertise, experience, training, and love of their patients is unsurpassable. I highly recommend Dr. Green and her staff to all of my family and friends. She has dramatically improved my quality of life as a long time TMJ patient who had tried numerous treatments. Within weeks of seeing Dr. Green, I saw dramatic improvement. As a patient of five years, I am now symptom free. I consider everyone there personal friends, and they will treat you like family.

My first experience with Dr. Green and her staff was excellent. I had chipped a tooth and Dr. Green was able to work me in very quickly. The Smile Doctor moniker is not only an accurate description of Dr. Green but extends to her very friendly and helpful staff as well. Doctor Greens hygienist Jyssica was able to work me in as well for a tooth cleaning. Jyssica was very professional,thorough, and gentle! I was very pleased with my first visit and would certainly recommend this dental care team to anyone!

Dr. Randi Green is extremely thorough, intelligent, and professional. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing and everything she planned on doing. I had a cleaning, screening, and cavities filled by her. She is very gentle and personable. I felt like I was in good hands. Its hard to imagine not being afraid of going to the dentist, but she pulls it off with flying colors. My only problem with her is that she moved away and now I have to find a new dentist!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this office. I came to Dr.Green after having a less than ideal experience at another dental office. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Green takes the time to talk through exactly what happens with each procedure and she and the other members of the staff do everything to ensure you are comfortable before, during, and after your appointment. I wont be going anywhere else!

I have gone through various treatments with Dr. Green including Invisalign and a take home sleep study to find out if I had sleep apnea. I can say they are more focused on my total health than any other dental office Ive ever visited. If you want to reset your expectation of what a dental visit should be then give them a call.

Been going to the smile doctor for a couple of years now and have no complaints. The work they have done has been great and the partial that they made has held up 10 times better than one I had made at another dentist here in town. They treat you like a person instead of just a dollar sign when you walk in.
