Beverly unprofessional, bad customer service, bedside manner and billing. Dr. Hemmer used profanity through general conversation which I find unprofessional. When asking questions to the nurses they are very snooty and make you feel as if you cant question them or the process. I made my appointment with Dr. Piper and they scheduled me with Hemmer on a day when Piper wasnt even working. Makes me think they are taking customers from Piper and giving them to Hemmer because i heard much better thing about Piper than I experienced with Hemmer and staff. The office doesnt have any information in reference to your bill. They refer you to a third party company in New York then that company transfers you back to the Dr. Office to pay the bill. Will not return for future visit and would never recommend anyone else experience this.

PLEASE READ.....3:30AM Aug 2012 still cant believe these people are still around. Over two years after there so called back recovery 110% surgery I still bleed when I go to the bathroom. I had left some jobs and cant do most jobs because of them. For a person who grew up only skilled in using his body I am still struggling but these people still treat patients and make money while I can maybe stand no more than 2 hours. Please dont go here. Each year I will leave a my freedom of speech to help people know they are bad and each year I will keep pushing and praying I will get better. By the way I am young person for you readers in case your curious.

Dr. Piper and Dr. Hemmer did back and neck surgery on both my wife and I. They are the best. Dr. Hemmer is very personable and friendly. One of the few doctors that I really like. They were both very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and then explained it in a way that was easily understood by a nonmedical person . Both my wife and I are mobile and very healthy thanks to Dr. Piper and Dr. Hemmer. I would not go anyplace else nor go to any other doctor for back or neck surgery!! Great People!!

What an amazing office! Off the bat, the staff is friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. They took my history quickly and once I saw Dr. Piper and Chris Hemmer, I knew I would never go anywhere else. I was extremely nervous before the visit and they set all my worries at ease. No other doctor Ive ever seen has as good of bedside manners. Within no time I was back to my old self...back pain was totally gone. Thank you thank you thank you Drs. Piper & Hemmer!

I am under the care of Dr. Chris Hemmer for my severe osteoporosis. He has taken excellent service to me: explaining my condition, why I needed to build bone not just conserve what I have, and what my options are. I had been under another doctors care for this condition that was going downhill--getting worse with every bone scan. Now I have confidence and knowledge in how we can work together to improve my bones. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I had trigger finger on several fingers and Dr. Rummel was amazing with the surgery and follow-up. Everyone in the office is wonderful to work with and very efficient. My Mother also had surgery for a pinched nerve in her neck with Dr. Piper and she was very pleased with the outcome as well as the entire experience. I would highly recommend any of the Doctors.

Dr. Piper performed surgery almost a year ago with great success. I was so impressed with the doctors and their caring attitude. If I ever require this type of surgery again, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. May God bless doctors like Dr. Piper and Dr. Hemmer.
