This isnt a Pain Management center, its a facility where they give you a Steroid shot in your spine and they charge an arm and a leg for it. The doctor will tell you you need three shots. They cost about $300 each. I had to pay $750 for the initial visit and 1st shot. Since I cant afford a second shot, Ive been told that Im no longer eligible for the services of Dr. Smith. So in other words, if you cant afford the $1300 for the steroid shot treatment, dont bother going to see him. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of.

This IS pain management! What worked for me was After the initial diagnosis, months of physical therapy, a few MRIs, then pain management at Dr. Smith. This guy is a miracle worker! I will take a needle from Smith any day as opposed to surgery.
