I have lived in several different states and have never had such a horrible dentist experience before. This place had the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk lady was completely rude. After waiting a half hour past my actual appointment time, the front desk lady asks if I have anyone to watch my son while Im in the appointment. Why would you wait past my appointment time to ask, instead of when I first walked in? Then I said no, this is my only day off and his daycare is closed today, I just moved to this state I dont know people here to watch him. She says well you cant have your appointment if he doesnt have someone to watch him. Excuse me? I have never had a problem having him in my appointments before, he just watches a video while Im getting my teeth cleaned. Then my hygienist comes out and asks me the same question! I do not have someone else to watch my son, I thought this was a family dental group? She also says I need to have x-rays. I did not because they have already been performed that year at my last dentist before I moved to Georgia, and I had them emailed to this location. They have horrible organization on top of their rude customer service. My teeth were poorly cleaned, I have never had such a bad cleaning in my life. Then they messed up my insurance by billing the wrong location, instead of following the directions on my insurance card, and when I called to clear up the mistake, they blamed me. After some communication they finally realized they billed the wrong location. The worst dental experience I have ever had. I have no idea how this place has such a good rating. If this is good for Georgia, then that doesnt give me much hope for finding a good dentist in this state.

Uncaring, unethical, and unprofessional. Had filling done 12-14-15 by a random "doctor" who did not examine and didnt even know why I was there. Office policy is whoever is available first drills your teeth. Filling done wrong, causing my jaw to lock up with severe pain and facial numbness. Returned 3 times. First 2 times no charge the third time Doctor Richards rudely told me nothing could be done and handed me my jacket and told me to leave. He then had the nerve to invoice my insurance without telling me so when I went to another doctor to fix their mess I was forced to pay cash. Currently In therapy with TMJ specialist because of them. Complaint filed with State of Georgia and civil suit pending.

I am a new patient at Family Dental Group, because I just moved into the area, and was referred by a neighbor. My first visit went quite well. The office is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. My name was called on time for my appointment and I got to go right back for my cleaning. The hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly. I will continue to come to Family Dental Group, as will the rest of my family.

I went in to get a chipped tooth filled. Before I was given any information, before I was told what was going on, they decided that I needed to get a full examination, Five plus different x rays and failed to mention in was going to cost me $350??? I took my kids to a dentist just last month, and my bill for fillings and x rays and other services wasnt even a 3rd of what they quoted me. RIP OFF???

During my last visit to Family Dental Group I had my teeth done by a different hygienist than normal, whose name I unfortunately did not catch. However, she was absolutely phenomenal. If I didnt get to see my regular hygienist, Im glad I got to see someone just as great. She was sweet, competent and gracious. Her actions and service were amazing. Thanks again.

Every treatment I have gotten at Family Dental Group has been extremely pleasant. The staff members from the dentists to hygienists to the front desk staff are all always professional and friendly. I am always surprised that no one is every left waiting for appointments. Everyone gets in and out very quick. Overall, my visits are very good.

The last time I had to go to Family Dental Group I was in a lot of pain. All of the staff members were very understanding and did everything they could to make things easier on me. The receptionist was very professional and made sure I could get in to see the doctor quickly and on time and the doctor was very understanding.

Everyone friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go out of their way to accommodate any issues or problems you might have. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr Richards and all the staff get an A+ from us.

I have been going to Family Dental Group for my whole adult life. I had a crown that came off and they were able to book me for an appointment on the same day to fix it. Plus when I was in my appointment, it took only about 10 minutes to fix it. The service here is always great and the employees are very friendly.

Although going to the dentist does not make my list of top five favorite places to go, you guys make it very comfortable. The receptionists are very nice when I first walk in and its always very clean. The hygienists and dentists always makes sure I understand my procedures and are very careful as they work.

Family Dental Group is a great place to go for dental care. For me, they are in a very convenient location, but that is only part of why I am there. My dental hygienist, Rhonda, is a gem. She is great at what she does and she is fun to talk to during my appointments as well.
