Such a wonderful experience! I have been impressed with this office from my initial point of contact online. I sent an email and the front desk staff emailed me back with times available and the number to call and schedule, and once I did call, they were so polite. I had my first visit for a cleaning yesterday and was immediately impressed with the waiting room and the staff. The waiting room was clean and organized. Everyone was very polite and helpful. My cleaning went well, but I did need a cavity filled and some extensive work done to my two front teeth (which will be done at a later date). I went in for my cavity filling today and it was honestly a pleasurable experience. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but it really was great. I only waited a few minutes and then was taken back. Dr. Shyn did an amazing job with the anesthetic. As someone who has had a lot of dental work (braces, a porcelain veneer on my front tooth at 17 and countless 10-15+ dental procedures), I have a deep-seated fear of the dentist, especially local anesthetic. One shot was all it took and that wasnt even that bad. The procedure itself was very quick and Dr. Shyn was very thorough. I have also had a few billing questions with the work that needs to be done on my front teeth and Cindy has been amazingly patient and helpful with me. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing a new dentist or a change of dentist. The location is convenient and they accept a lot of different insurances.

I am very pleased with my experience at Dr. Shyns office. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at easy. I was having pain form my wisdom tooth and was nervous about getting it extracted. Dr. Shyn and Brittney( I believe) walked me through the process, we made jokes and after about 10 mins the tooth was out simple and clean. I am very grateful to have found this office. It was a small private practice which I appreciate. I have been to other dentist offices (with multiple locations) and I felt like I was just a number and $. Dr. Shyn and his staff made sure that my needs were taken care off as opposed to other offices where I have gone in an needed a procedure and I was taken to the billing office and given a plan of what I needed done. Dr. Shyn focused exactly on what my issue was that day, my wisdom tooth. Again, So grateful to have found this organization. I appreciate the open, non judgmental environment. I can tell Dr. Shyn is about making sure his patients are provided quality and efficient care. Before I dreaded going to the dentist, now I am excited about my upcoming appointment.

I have been with Dr. Shinn for several years now, ever since he took over the practice from my prior dentist, so this first review is based on my years of experience with him and both the routine and complex dental work he has provided me over that time. Dr. Shinn is a personable and very skilled dentist who is clearly dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to his patients. It is easy to tell from the finished product that he takes pride in his work and he demonstrates genuine concern for his patients. Since he has taken over the practice he has introduced many innovations, to include Saturday appointments. I highly recommend him and look forward to having him as my dentist for many years to come.

I had an unexpected dental issue this week and was able to get an appointment within a day which I appreciate. I had a very complete exam with high resolution digital picture of my tooth. Dr. Shyn gave me an excellent explanation of the situation with my tooths health. He honestly told me that I should not get any work done at this time and that we should watch it over time. I appreciate an honest and thorough evaluation. I think some less ethical dentists would have sold me on doing alot of unneeded dental work. This visit solidifies my decision to retain Dr. Shyn as my dentist for the long term.

Front Office waiting room looked clean and organized, and had comfortable seating; Front Office staff professional and very friendly...a nice welcome; Dental Hygienist greeted me with a warm smile and brightened my day, was very professional and did a GREAT job taking my x-rays and cleaning my teeth; Dr. Shyn was, as always, pleasant and professional - he is an excellent D.M.D; I have complete confidence in everyone and would highly recommend Dr. Shyn and staff to anyone needing a professional dentistry, that shows they care.

Dr. Shyn and his staff are exceptional. I am not the best with medical procedures and they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my nerves. Dr. Shyn will also explain the procedure to you if you are nervous, and will answer any questions that you have. One time I called the front desk with questions and he actually got on the line and spoke to me to answer my questions. Amazing, amazing practice. If you are searching for a new dentist, go to Dr. Shyn. You will not regret it.

Dr. Shyn has a great "bedside manner" and attitude, and is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Ive had multiple issues arise from a wisdom tooth extraction from ten years ago, and every time its come up Dr. Shyn has found a way to work me into his schedule immediately to take care of it. Hes also excellent with kids -- we took our four year old to him a few months ago and she left talking about how she wanted to be a dentist. His hours are great. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Such a wonderful experience! I had to make an emergency visit. They scheduled me in at the time they were supposed to be closing on a Saturday! Everyone provided extraordinary customer service. Dr. Shyn is an amazing dentist who is very knowledgeable and is thorough in forming an action plan. He explained everything and was very gentle. The entire staff was pleasant and courteous. Dr. Shyn will definitely be my familys new dentist.

Great visit to the dentist today. I walked in and was greeted by Lisa, then immediately taken back for my teeth cleaning and xrays. Nia did a very thorough job and my teeth feel great. (The new digital xrays are so much better than the old version - they dont dig into your gums and they take less time.) After the cleaning and xrays, Dr. Shyn followed up with an exam and I was on my way. Nice people!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Shyn. I needed a last minute appointment during the busy Thanksgiving holiday week. After calling multiple offices, I was pleased to have called Dr. Shyns office who was nothing more, but extremely helpful and kind. Not only was the staff very pleasant and friendly, Dr. Shyn was so helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I called Dr. Shyns office today as I was experiencing a lot of pain w/ one of my molars and also was having swelling on the roof of my mouth. I was impressed that I was able to get in to have Dr. Shyn evaluate my problem on the same morning as my call and he quickly diagnosed my problem..........a tooth which has absessed. As a result, my pain was quickly diminished as was my anxiety.
