I always enjoy my visit with Dr. Brooks. My last visit with him was great, with an exception. Dr. Brooks is very personable & cares about his patients, thats his standard it seems. The only downside to my visit was my hygienist. Im not sure of her name, I dont think she normally works there because this was my first time seeing her, but she was not very hygienic. She kept wiping her nose, even blowing her nose at one time, but not washing her hands. She would use hand sanitizer then put on her gloves. While hand sanitizer may work I dont think it is the best option when there is a sink & soap in the room & youre working in someones mouth. I would NOT want her EVER AGAIN as my hygienist. I started noticing it when I heard her blowing her nose before putting on her gloves. When she fixed my goody bag she had just blown her nose, used sanitizer, then fixed the toothbrush goody bag. GROSS! The goody bag will not be used by me. I will continue to use Dr. Brooks because of his customer service skills but I will not allow that particular hygienist to work on me. I dont know her name but I remember her face.

Went in for my first time with Dr. Brooks to have a crown put on my back tooth. I just had the same procedure on another tooth completed by my previous dentist a year before and I was dreading the experience. What a difference! My previous experience was extremely painful, took well over two hours to complete, and the dentist seemed preoccupied with almost everything else but me. Dr. Brooks and his assistant took exceptional care of me. Virtually painless procedure, thorough and very professional. I was in and out quickly and feeling good about the whole process. I am not crazy about going to the Dentist -- who is -- but if I need to go, Id rather go here than anywhere else.

I have been a patient since their office was located off Tara Boulevard. I have nothing but great things to say. The facility is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I have always felt that the staff and Dr. Brooks genuinely cared about me and my health. I give them the highest recommendation; in fact, I have recommended them to several of my friends who are now patients.

I had my first visit for a cleaning with Aimee and she seemed to be very competent and did a good job for me. I also had a consultation with Dr. Brooks and I was impressed with him as well. My wife had a root canal done by him today and she had no pain and was happy with him as well. We were referred to him by a good friend that actually works for another dentist but chooses to go to Dr. Brooks instead.

Im one of those who is totally horrified to go to the dentist, but I am happy to say that Im so excited I found this place. This was my second visit and let me tell you they are awesome really make you feel at ease, I didnt even feel the shot to numb me, no pain at all. Everybody is so nice and courteous...wonderful experience, I will definitely recommend to everyone I know! Gracias!

I have gone to Brooks (formerly and Maddox) Cosmetic and Family Dentistry since I was just a little kid. I have never liked the dentist but this place will always be MY dentist. I have moved over an hour away and still go to this dentist. Dr Brooks is fantastic at his job and they always have the best customer service you can find.
