I have been going there for 2-3 years. I have to have periodontal cleanings, not regular...loved my first hygenist, but she went somewhere else. Was getting used to new hygenist and comfortable, but when I went this time, the young woman at the front said it would be a long wait for my regular, would I mind using a new one they had. I said yes. What a mistake. 1. She was very rough on my teeth, never had pain like that with cleaning. 2. This lady said she had to go get a piece of equipment and 10 minutes later, I get up and go to the rest room. Keep in mind this is in the middle of my cleaning. When I came back, she still wasnt there. 10 more minutes I asked a person passing my room what happened to my hygenist. She didnt know but would check. A few minutes later my hygenist comes in, saying she had to take care of a new patient real quick. OMG...I was so mad I couldnt speak. She just left me there worth no explanation, nothing. 3. She prepares to polish my teeth and the equipment malfunctions. Another 5-10 minutes of her talking to the equipment, trying to make it work. 4. When she is done, she is entering into the computer, and the computer is not working or is "slow". I just wanted to leave...she never talked about what I should/should not do, told me some changes had occurred, but nothing else about how to stop progress or improve situation. Worst experience ever. How do you have your hands in my mouth, then go work on someone else and just leave me there? I will not use her again, and if my hygenist is not available, I will wait. One more chance....

My first appointment went great. The entire staff in the Milledgeville, GA office were very friendly and they made a trip to the dentist enjoyable. My second visit wasnt as enjoyable. This appointment was to have my wisdom teeth removed at the Macon office. I took a few days off of work and showed up at the office 30 minutes early only to be told my appointment had been cancelled due to nonpayment. I was prepared to pay the second half of the money owed that morning and was not aware that they expected payment the day before. The Milledgeville office handled the situation as best they could and scheduled an appointment in McDonough the next day so I could avoid waiting another month. I went ahead and paid what I owed so that wouldnt turn into another headache. Later that day the regional manger called me and apologized for everything and offered me a gift card. I thought the worst was behind us and that it was all down hill. The next day in McDonough I showed up and was told I owed a $60 appointment fee. I declined and told her I had paid $800 the day before so I should be good. After a 20 minute wait I was then told that the dentist made a mistake on my chart and the $1606 I paid out of pocket wasnt enough and that I owed another $372. Luckily they were able to see me that day and I had my surgery done but it was beyond frustrating. I hate to give a bad review because every employee I spoke with at all three offices were very professional and friendly. Had I not been in pain I would have walked away.

Arrived at 1040 for an 1100 appointment. The office didnt open til 1100am. I signed in and watched everyone in the waiting room be called, including those who luckily didnt bother with an appointment, back beyond the door. At noon, my patient daughter asked if they forgot us. I politely asked about being rescheduled. The receptionist told me she was late and i was overlooked. Five minutes later im filling out new patient paperwork in the xray and dentist chair. After a quick exam, i was told i needed the super duper cleaning although my teeth looked great, unfortunately their hygentist broke her hand recently and would need to reschedule. I was then ushered to someone who is like the closer in a used car lot. "Your insurance wont cover the regular cleaning, its $255 for the super cleaning but we give you a toothbrush!" I left 2 and a half hours after arriving, with some xrays done. On a plus note they do offer free headaches. I called my insurance carrier and they told me they could not sell services that are beyond scope of policy. I then called the office back was given the closer and was told I would need to put a deposit down for my super cleaning since its impossible to clean my teeth the way insurance wants them too. Another bonus...heartburn. TL&DR Doesnt respect your time Tells you your cleaning will be done, fully knowing hygentist has a broken hand, Sells you services you dont want (undercoating ) Teaches you how to make a google review

On my first visit everything was great the Dentist ask what would I would like done I said pull all upper teeth the Dentist explained I had some good healthy teeth to my surprise. It was recommended 2 crowns 2 fill in or repair and a partial plate so the 2 that needed repair was addressed that day 1 on left was repaired first then 1 on right well the 1 on right lasted 3 days and 6 months later still not fixed then on another visit my 2 for crowns were worked on this time first 1 on the right well that worked great the 2nd on the left not so good in the end it was root canal or extract it I chose extract on 1/26 there was an attempt to extract did not go good this was extracted on 3/10 so I dealt with it until the oral surgeon pulled it right out no problems. My opinion aspen should only work on 1 tooth per day unless necessary or be more patient when working on their patience.Nice friendly personnel but when someone pays good money they should expect good dental work I`m worried about publishing this because I still need my partial but worried how that will work out if the dentist would have been as patient as I have I could rate it 5 stars and anyway my experience so far hope yours is better. In the world of dentistry has anyone noticed it`s never bad dental work it seems to be the patient did something wrong.

Good staff and support but if you are not in tuned with simple dental procedures they will take advantage of your ignorance. I had a referral for a bone graph for implants and I set an appointment to see the oral surgeon and he wasnt scheduled to be there which i specified that to the appointment setter. They took Xrays and the hygienist came in and evaluated my mouth and stated I had periodontal disease (a cleaning at best) because I had seen two periodontal oral surgeons less than a week and one implant put in before the appointment and I wanted three prices for the graph procedure. This made me upset because their oral will not perform the bone graph until their office perform the periodontal cleaning which is about $1500 more than a regular cleaning which is all I have done since I started the implant program. They are a franchise and specialize in getting highest return on ignorant patients, dentures, and up selling with other products so be aware of this if you are looking for honesty, knowledgeable professionals, and fair services.
