If you want to waste your time go here! First of all you are guaranteed to wait at least an hr and 30 minutes. All websites have an opening time of 5:30 on week days. When you arrive to the old abandoned looking building there is a sign on the door that says opening time at 6. There is more, after waiting about 20 min. Locals casually say "oh you have to give them about 30-45 minutes cuz they never open at 6." An emergency dentist open from 6pm-9pm with a guaranteed late opening of at least 30 min. What does that say?!, RUN! So many red flags, yet the pain I was enduring made me go against my better judgment. When you finally get in the dark cold building, the receptionist is also playing nurse. You will probably never get work done here. They immediately push their fees on you and hate if you have the insurance they accept. The doctor is old and scammy, like the receptanurse knows from the moment you arrive you will be in for a rude awakening, smirking at the time youre wasting. It seems as if they dont care about your dental emergency or the pain youre in, ironic being that this is a "emergency dental" office advertising all the things they dont do. So never mind the excruciating dental pain your in and the trip across town to waste at least 2 hours not counting commute only to be unassisted. I would never return here or any of its other locations is they have any. Waste your time and take your money better suites this business as a name.

I wish I would have read these ratings first!!! My mom lives down the street from this dentist and went there to explain my situation before I drove from the Mall of Georgia on Easter to see if they could help my one year old son. He had fallen and knocked out a front tooth that we reimplanted immediately. It appeared to have taken, but we wanted professional advice. They recommended I bring him in right away. When I arrived, the office was quite shabby and the staff was not professional. The dentist came very inappropriately dressed in a short dress and very high heels. I held my son down for her and she barely touched him and never assessed his tooth. He squirmed and she immediately stopped and said I need to take him to a pediatric dentist to be sedated. She wanted to take an x-ray of his mouth and suggested that I (7 months pregnant with twins as I had already informed her) hold him for the x-ray. I refused and she offered to "double drape" me. I still refused so she said she would write me a prescription for pain and an antibiotic. At this, we were released. No exam, no treatment, no after care instructions, verbal or written, and no release paperwork. The only thing I got was a $98 5 minute encounter and an unnecessary prescription with my sons name spelled incorrectly. This office does not even deserve half a star.

Okay. I found this place via Google search. Because I have a very bad wisdom tooth coming in that is infected that is starting to effect other areas of my body. The first time I came in was around 7:30 and as I was walking in, the doctor was walking out. The front desk receptionist told me the doctor "decided" he was going to go home early because he he was "tired." I didnt know that was an option when dealing with a professional atmosphere. Esp when it states their hours of operation are until 10:30pm. I gave it about a week drove back to this establishment (mind you it is a 35 minute drive for me) and again was told the doctor decided not to come in today because of personal issues. I find this to be very very unprofessional when running a businews esp. An urgent care business as people are in need of "urgent care." Also the first time I came in I was asked "well did you call first." No I did not as it clearly states on the website "walk ins only." I wouldnt recommend anyone to come into this place. First impression is everything and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are clearly very unprofessional and running this business in a ghetto manner.

I went to this dentist because I had chipped my tooth very badly, and I went in I thought it was odd that I had to pay before they even opened the door to look at my tooth I had to pay for x-ray and doctor visit then they will assess me then give me the price of my work before anything begins. We discussed my tooth and what I would like to do which was have the tooth bonded, well they gave me the price I had to go pay they the doctor came back in to do the job, so I thought. Well I had a minor chip on the tooth next to it, so he guess which one he fixed the neighbor tooth , mind you I had this chip that I could fit my tongue through a front tooth number 9 to be exact and he fix 8....I was pissed he told me he couldnt do other tooth it needs a root canal and he cant do it today....i was furious how can you just fix what you like in someones mouth and fill like its okay...not to mention he told me it was a filling when I told him it was bonded, he said no its not I see the white stuff in it and told him hes a dentist and cant tell the difference that is filler that I bought out the store temporary filler he said Ive been a dentist for 25 years he should know...idiot.

first off, i do not understand all the bad reviews on here as ive never had a problem here before. second, I felt Dr. Pye and his assistant (who was very funny and sweet) were beyond great! i had a terrible toothache since getting my tooth filled a few months ago and they x rayed it and said he couldnt see anything and my teeth were fine but said it probably got traumatized from the filling. he did not want to pull it as i am already missing a few teeth so he gave me some pain pills and antibiotics to help with my pain. but told me if i am still in pain after the antibiotics are gone and i cant get a root canal to come back and he will pull it. he was so friendly and had great ethics and very sincere. so, i do not understand why people are giving him such low remarks. ive been before and did have a tooth pulled and i will def go back as my go to after hours dentist!

I went in for a severe tooth ache that just couldnt wait any longer. The man working at the front desk was super friendly from when I called to when I walked in. I had to fill out paperwork and then about five minutes later I was called to go back. The man at the front desk did my x-ray and then after about ten minutes the dentist looked at my teeth. I needed a root canal and unfortunately they do not do them there but he gave me a copy of my x-ray and prescriptions for antibiotics and pain medication. I paid a little over a hundred dollars and felt it was well worth it for the x-ray, prescription and to know what I need to have done. I wish he could have done the root canal right then and there but at least being a walk-in, I was able to get some answers and help with the pain. I would return should the need ever present itself again. You cant beat the hours.
