The Girl With The Pokemon Hat
ive been biting my tongue on this review for such a long time but now its time to post it to save everyone else from going through what i have. not only did the first dentist sell his practice without informing any of his old patients, the temp dentist that was filling in was horrendous. not only did they reschedule me twice [the first time being that their machine wasnt working and they had to call me to inform me and reschedule me], but she didnt even show up for my second appointment. now i take into consideration weather and apparently this one didnt and was going to be half an hour later than my appointment. not impressed with this place anymore and im finally and happily saying that ill be taking my business elsewhere.

It was horrible experience staff is very rude. I told them I wanted to just get cleanup which my insurance covers 100% . They did extra stuff for no reason and make me pay out of pocket if you will argue saying its part of process. The technology they use is old and just basic cleaning will take forever. Ill never go back

First time calling wanting to pay cash out of pocket...Staff Receptionist named Kaesha had a very nasty, combative attitude with me debating everything I inquired about... HORRIBLY wrong customer service for a Pro like Dentist Richard Pinsky...Kaesha needs reprimanded....

They charge you for fillings and dont do them correctly. If you want a good dentist, I would look else where.
