On August 7, 2012, I was referred to Dr. Desir by my primary dentist. I needed 2 root canals. On August 15, 2012, my first visit, I received a very warm greeting from Dr. Desirs office staff upon arrival. Dr. Desir performed the 2 root canals the same day. Because I was afraid, He communicated detailed steps that he was taking throughout the procedures. A few days later, I called Dr. Desirs office because of complications I was experiencing, he immediately had me come in to the office to evaluate the problem. It appears that I had experienced some unexpected swelling and soreness. In order to comfort me and put my mind at ease, Dr. Desir allowed me to come back for an additional visit at no charge to ensure that I was healing properly. The final visit proved to me that Dr. Desir is an excellent dentist, great patience and demonstrates compassion for his patients. His front office and assistant provided the kind of customer service that any patient would brag about. Excellent work!!!

This is the most professional group of people I have ever met. They are very courteous, uplifting and positive in a very bad situation. From my first visit to my last I was helped with pain, confusion about my problem and understanding about why I had the problem I had. I thank them and will tell everyone I know to go to them with these types of serious tooth problems.Their follow up is very comforting for someone with serious tooth pain. Thank you to Dr. Rolin Desir and all of his staff for their excellent handling of my problem and all of the information to help me through this difficult process.

I knew I was fortunate to get to be 58 before ever having a root canal, but that didnt change my feelings about the procedure. Over the years Id heard plenty of root canal nightmare-ish stories and was pretty anxious when I arrived at McDonough Endodontic Center. Dr. Desir and his team calmed my fears and addressed the issue in a professional, competent manner. While still hoping this will be my one and only root canal, its a comfort to know that its not painful and we have a great endodontic center right here in Henry County!

I just completed my second root canal on a tooth that was on the verge of having to be pulled. Dr. Desir is amazing in the fact he has been able to save both teeth when I feared I might end up losing them. I shall now refer to him as the miracle worker. The staff is friendly and very little waiting if any past your appointment time. I would strongly recommend this facility for any Endodontic needs.

Dr. Desir and his staff treated me extremely well! I can honestly say my experience with this office is the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. The staff is super friendly and Dr Desir is not only friendly but he is thorough and he completely explains everything he is going to do before he does anything to you. I also really love the music that plays in the office!

Just as my lifetime Family dentist recommended him, Id strongly recommend Rolin Desir to anyone I know, family and friends. He and his staff (Melissa & Nicki in particular) were very quick, efficient, friendly, Charming, intelligent, and made the whole experience as comfortable as it could be for a root canal. This was the best dental experience Ive ever had in my life!! I went to have a root canal expecting to experience a lot of discomfort during the procedure. To my surprise, the procedure was conducted so smoothly I didnt notice any discomfort! Dr. Rolin Desir possesses excellent bedside manners and has a great sense of humor!

I recently went for a complicated root canal. Dr. Desir and his staff were extremely helpful. I have a problem wearing the dental dam and they were able to make that much easier so I had a very complicated root canal that turned out to be about as close to a pleasant experience as that can be. Dr. Desir was excellent.

I had the most pleasant experience today. Crown removal and root canal completed all with in two hours. And yes pain or discomfort whatever. If you need work this IS the place to go.
