We were referred here after my 5 year old had some anxiety at the regular dentist. Ashley at the front was nice enough to help me schedule his appointment when the offices wasnt open after I had issues with the call center. My son still had the same anxiety at Dentistry for Children, but Michele was wonderful with him. She did not baby him (which I hate), but calmly and playfully explained what was going on and was patient until he cooperated. She gave me step by step on the proper way to help him brush and even ended up adressing some issues with his teeth standing by the sink leaning over him, instead of making him nervous in the chair again. Dr. Brad was quick but thorough. My son will be sedated there for fillings and Michele ensured I had complete knowledge and comfort with the procedure. My only issue was with the impatience of the lady working the call center. She spoke down to me when I didnt know all the dentist procedures and was telling me unnecessary steps I needed to complete, which ended in me just hanging up. I went to the local Mcdonough office and had a great experience with my son.

Dr. Brad is very nice. However, the front desk has issues with scheduling. At my daughters last appointment in October, we made her next appointment for six months later. Less than a week before the appointment, we found out they had "misplaced" her appointment. Why schedule six months in advance just to have appointment "misplaced?" Now my daughter is being squeezed in on an inconvenient day for us. *Update: Just received a surprise bill from October 2015 for $135 and it is now May 2017! My daughter has been there two more visits (six months apart) after that visit and no balance has EVER been mentioned to us. Our insurance covers our dental visits every six months, so its ridiculous to be receiving this bill over a year and a half after the visit in question!

What a joke today at the hudson bridge location. My daughter took our granddaughter there to have some work done and after sitting there for 45 minutes they call her up to to the counter to tell her that the doctor was not coming in today and she would have to reschedule. CAN WE SAY maybe a clueless office staff! It is bad enough that she has to take off from work to take her and then to find out you took off for nothing. Come on people, lets wake up and know whats going on in the office.

My daughter, sadly, chipped her front tooth. I was able to get her in the next day. The front desk woman isnt friendly at all...but thats okay I had minimal interaction with her, thankfully. We didnt wait long to see a dentist. They were all very informative as to what to expect with her tooth and explained our options, the dental assistant we super sweet to my hysterical toddler! The office is kid friendly; they enjoyed being able to choose their reward after the visit.

WOW! I was impressed from the moment I made the appointment--and it just kept getting better and better! This location made our "dentist anxiety" daughter feel at ease. Absolutely everyone was professional, yet down to earth, answered every question and made our daughter feel special and at ease--which was of the most importance. She loved, loved loved it! I will never take her any where else. I wish *I* could go here! ;)

They are amazing their staff is very professional,kind, helpful and does well with the kids as well as giving information to the parents...my daughter had the pleasure.of having Mrs.K she is amazing and was great with my daughter. This place gets packed from early and may have to wait a little longer than expected but trust its worth the wait. Get your kids here if you want a great dentist

Front desk nightmare!!!! Rude older lady that does not know how to speak to parents in a polite way! Only was going here for surgery consult just because of her we will not have surgery at this location!!! If you are not a people person please do not work in the medical field there are plenty others looking for jobs Im sure that would be a better fit for a childrens dentist office.

My 5 yr old loves the place. However, its a nightmare experience for me. The wait time is ridiculous! And its always this way. You will wait in the lobby for at least 45 min after your scheduled appointment, where you will go into another large room and wait another 30-45 min.

This office is not the nearest location to me, but it is the best! Mrs. Debbie ALWAYS greets us with a smile and a kind word. The Mcdonough office is efficient, clean and an all around wonderful dental facility! This office is the best!!!!!!

loved it! awesome experience for myself and my son (3). The hygienists calmed any nerves my son had and made the experience fun. He loved getting to pick a prize from the wall. :) We will be recommending to everyone!
