I booked an emergency appointment due to a cavity causing my daughter severe pain over a 2 day period. My husband was able to make the appointment made for the next day. At this appointment the office cleaned my daughters teeth and we were rescheduled to come back the next day (she was due for her yearly cleaning...but an emergency appointment for cleaning??). On the second appointment the dentist did an extraction of a baby tooth and I thought everything went smooth. My daughter told me once we left the office that the doctor who administered the numbing medicine made comments telling my daughter that (1) she didnt need to cry because she is 10 years old, and (2) shes been through this before so stop the crying. What does her age have anything to do with her fearing dentist procedures? Her job SHOULD be to use calming conversations that would soothe/relax each child that sits in her seat!!...and these types of comments does just the opposite!!

If you make an appointment wait an hour after your appointment time and call them to make sure the doctor is even there. Had an issue this morning with my granddaughter. Her mom took her there for her appointment and after signing in and waiting 45 minutes they finally call her up front to tell her the doctor was not going to be there today and to reschedule. Thats what I call dont know what the heck is going on and we just get paid to sit here. People have to take off work to be there. Mobile dentistry, there you go. You come to me on my time.

The staff is amazing and the decor and set-up are VERY kid oriented. Their scheduling is a mess, as are their wait times. If they got their timing under control I would give them 5 stars.
