The staff is not professional at all! I was desperate and in pain when I first visited them in 2015 and that experience was not so good because the pain medication that I was prescribed was not working but back then they didnt even have a working contact number. It was some kind of message line were you you couldnt actually speak with a real person, so I left a message anyway explaining my pain and NEVER received any type of call back. Over time they would call looking for ppl to their office for service and send you these random text messages so I decided to give them another try. After speaking with someone from their office who had given me an appointment date and time but it was almost a month away. The day before that appointment I called in to verify and was told that there was nothing scheduled for me and the person that I spoke with didnt ask any questions to see if I needed any immediate assistance or anything of that nature I was just to given the next available appointment and after I declined to wait another month for the appointment her response was "Well, you have a nice day". From my first visit to this experience I feel that they are more about "making the money" than "providing great service" and they are just not professional at all.

The staff was amazing everything was perfect I felt like I was at home through my troubling times with my wisdom teeth they made me feel at ease that they will take care of me it was quick also easy . I felt like more than just a client or a dollar sign I felt as if I was a friend or family member . And even though my mouth was numb from the pulling of my teeth I left with a smile . It was GREAT I cant wait to go back for my 6 month cleaning . They need more stars because just 5 doesnt do justice :)!!!!

Dr. Ida and staff are the most attentive and professional team Ive ever experienced. In addition, I absolutely love how they have been with my children, so much so that my son has a crush on the hygienist, LaTonya, and looks forward to cleanings. They offer a very nurturing environment. This practice is truly a Class Act!

Tonya cleaned my daughters teeth and educated her on oral health. It was a level of real service I could not achieve at a childrens dentist. Dr. Lanier was personable and knowledgeable. This practice has a bedside manner I havent seen in a doctors office in years.
