The only thing this office cares about is making as much money off you as possible. The front desk women are rude. When I asked them how much my appointment would cost they wouldnt tell me. They just told me my insurance would cover most of it. I had to ask over and over to get an answer. Finally one of the girls told me off the top of her head the exact amount. Then they talked about me and laughed when they thought I couldnt hear. The doctor was condescending and pushy. All the man cared about was trying to talk me into buying the most expensive pair of lenses/glasses they had, WHILE I was getting my eyes examined. When I wasnt interested he got really pushy and irritated, saying ANYTHING he could to make the sale. I felt like I was in a used car lot dealing with a super pushy annoying salesman. When he was done I took my prescription and left. I am so sorry I chose this place.

The optician that did the preliminary eye assement was friendly and patient. She worked tirelessly with my father who is 97 years old and has greatly diminished hearing. Bob, the optician who measures and fits the glasses was very honest and straight forward about options, prices and add-ons to the lenses and frames; he didnt try to high-pressure any extras. Doctor Kenyan was very pleasant, patient, professional, and willing to answer questions using words and phrases that were easy to understand. My overall experience from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

They are listed as a premier provider for VSP insurance but would not honor the $150 credit towards frames. Saying that discount was for wholesale frames and they dont carry any. Plus no VSP discounts on any product. I eventually went to TSO on Fry Rd in Katy and they honored everything VSP had listed, plus their premium progressive lenses were $140 cheaper than Copperfield Vision. --

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dr. needs a personality makeover; very inpatient and rude. He really wanted to sell me glasses even though I came for contacts. I did get the glasses and the guy who orders the glasses had dirty fingernails and seemed it was a bother to him to wait on me. Ive never paid this much for glasses before. I wont go back!!!

Went to Copperfield vision for a full eye examination Dr Kenya is a people person my friend recommended this place n I m truly happy with the complete check up most people my age r having cataract problems n I am relieved that my examination was good I will recommend this place to family n friends Thank u Dr Kenya

Dr Kenyan was my old doctor at Vision Source and I was excited to hear he opened up his own practice. The staff was very friendly and I was done with the exam in no time. My new glasses were ready in about 2 business days.
