Be warned. When my prescription sunglasses arrived, I immediately told the staff that I was dizzy from the correction. They asked me to wear the sunglasses for a few days to try to get used to them. Two days later I returned the sunglasses as far distances were jumpy. I had to remove the glasses to see near when I bought gas or put my groceries in the car. When the sunglasses were returned to Eye Trends Barker Cypress, I was told that the prescription was correct as to the doctors orders. I felt that I was at fault for the wrong prescription. I tried to tell the assistant that it was ok for them to be wrong let’s fix the problem. I was told again that I should try the sunglasses for maybe two weeks to be sure. I said no matter how long I wore the sunglasses they were the wrong prescription. I left the sunglasses at Eye Trends Barker Cypress. A week later I received a phone call by the assistant manager who told me that they would remake the lens as to last year’s prescription and when I picked up the new sunglasses "I would be stuck with them". The new sunglasses took over two weeks to arrive. The manager said to me that they arrived the day before but he didnt feel like calling me until today. Why would someone tell you that? When I picked up the new sunglasses, I could see far clearly but not near. The prescription was better. I will wear the sunglasses while driving and I can tolerate the poor near vision when needing to see my car dash. I will have to buy nonprescription sunglasses for gardening, outdoor markets, and other close distance vision. The prescription sunglasses were billed as $555.00. When I asked for the refund of not receiving polarized lens I was told that it was already billed and no refund could be made. Therefore I had to pay for something I did not receive. We had been to this facility once before for my families eye glass needs. My husband did not want to return to Eye Trends Barker Cypress and I should have listened to him. As for our family we will happily choose to go to another vision facility. This was my experience and I wish you better luck if you decide to go to Eye Trends Barker Cypress.

I HATE THIS PLACE. The only reason I gave it two stars was for the fact my initial exam went well, the doctor was very friendly. I have been going to TSO cypress for many years and because of insurance changes had to go to Eye Trends. For one I decided to get glasses somewhere else so I asked them to email me my prescription because I was unable to go up there due to my work and school schedule, well they tell me they cannot email it to me because they arent authorize. I have been to many places in my lifetime and never once did I have that problem, but anyways I shake that off. Then I ask them to fax it to the place where Ill be getting my glasses and it never comes through. We waited 30 minutes for it. So I call again the next day and same thing, why I never received a call that I didnt go through I do not know why. Now on to the next thing that really motivated me to write this review. The doctor gave me trials to try out and it wasnt enough to hold me till Saturday for my next contact fitting. I call to see if I can send someone to pick me a spare up till then and they tell me they cannot do that becausemy perscription isnt finalized. WELL DUGH THATS WHY I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SATURDAY. So now I am stuck out and have to use 1 day wear contacts for fhe next 3 days. TSO has never given me this many problems, if ever. I hate this place a million times and will be switching my insurance to go back there. DISASTER...

After being a loyal and decently satisfied customer for 6 years Im ending my care at Eye Trends/Dr Pham. My explanation is very simple and direct. 1-staff the most part is ever changing and can be rude at times. 2-Poor explanation and verification of benefits and charges resulting in being under charged although insurance has been the same for 3 of your 6 annuals. Then explained you annual co pays have now been increased to 100 for fittings. No apology for their business error but very condescending in their boast about deciding to eat the cost instead apologize and collect. This was done 3 years in a row without informing me. Management is very skittish and disturbingly uncoordinated. 3-Upon needing to reschedule my appointment after discovering their would be increased cost for the visit, denied a trial pair of contacts to tie me over to next appointment in a week. Given the option of paying 35.00 for trial pair because I apparently never buy my contacts thru them. Completely not true and its illegal to sale samples. After requesting to speak with my physician regarding staff, they refused. Needless to say I scheduled my appointment with one of the many competitors in the area. This was not a hard decision. Im extremely disappointed that loyal patients arent treated better.

Whatever you do avoid this place. I went to get my eyes examined, get contacts and glasses. That was three weeks ago! My contacts took 15 days to arrive and when they did I could not see out of them. I went back two days later took the contacts back and had my eyes re-examined. I am wearing another trial pair now but I still cannot see clearly out of one of them. Ive seen two doctors; the last one told me that I should try them for a week and come back, but that they were not sure that they could take back the first two boxes they ordered for me. So I am still dealing with the contacts issue. The glasses were promised in two weeks. They have not arrived. When I checked after two weeks I was told that the frames were out of stock! ...but wait! I had the frames in my hands three weeks ago at the store! I was told that they like to order brand new ones for you. Now they are telling me that they are going to use the frames I tried on and that they are awaiting the lenses. These people are full of excuses. Ive spent over $1500 at this place and still have nothing to show for it. Do yourself a favor avoid the headaches, calls, repeated eye exams, wrong prescriptions and go somewhere else!

Went to have my eyes examined for my yearly eye exam and the staff and doctor that I saw was excellent and phenomenal from the time I entered their office and even when I checked out the staff continued to amaze me. I was completely satisfied with Eye Trends and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!. Dr. Jenkins is great and very precise through the whole exam and very dedicated to her patients.

I would recommend Eye Trends to all my family and friends. The staff were polite and professional. The young lady that checked my eyes and did the tests before I saw the doctor was polite and professional. She told me everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Benedick was polite and professional. The office was nice and clean. I am looking forward to my next visit next year.
