My kids & I LOVED TSO Optical!! We typically dread the annual eye exams each summer but going to TSO took ALL of the pain out of this annual exam. I initially made the appointment for just my 2 kids and while I was waiting developed a bit of "eyeglass envy" since they have such an awesome selection of frames in all price points. Dr. Montemayor was kind enough to stay late through his lunch hour in order to fit me in as well. Megan was an expert at assisting all of us in picking out the perfect frames. The exam itself was fairly quick and we were all extremely happy not to have our pupils dilated. Our glasses were ready as promised and my kids are actually happy to wear their glasses even when not really needed. Thank you TSO for making this experience not only painless but fun!

I switched to this new TSO Energy Corridor location because it is very convenient, but after experiencing how good they are I would gladly drive quite far to benefit from their customer care and service. I had Dr. Roland Montemayor for my eye exam and new prescription and he was outstanding. My wife and daughter had the other Dr. and they were equally happy. Also, the optician Megan is very experienced and worked with me to get my progressive glasses perfectly fitted to my line of vision, something that is as much an "art" as a science and so I highly recommend her as well. Bottom line, if you are anywhere in the West Houston area, I recommend this TSO for your next exam and prescription update.

One of the best experiences Ive had at a doctors office! The place is pleasant and stylish and I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me use my supplementary vision insurance which I had not known I had, and they were understanding of my budget. Dr. Haji was friendly and professional. She explained all the procedures she performed and gave me advice about healthier computer usage. By the time I was done with my exams, buying glasses and learning how to use contact lenses, I had spent 2 hours in the office but I never felt any pressure from the staff to leave. I will definitely come again and would recommend to everyone!
