I have been a patient for 15yrs at Vision Care I have always been satisfied with my eye care with Dr Chu.I was diagnosed with. cataracts and Wanted to know how the cataracts would eventually. Affect my vision .I made another appointment with Dr Gina Huynh.To explain what I should expect with my cataracts,I paid for another office visit of $40. She didnt explain at all what to expect when my cataracts would eventually become difficult with my vision.only to constantly repeat I could see.Yes I could see ,only my vision was not clear and I wanted her to explain to me why.She continued to scold me when I would ask questions and basically tell me cataract surgery was expensive........My questions were not about cataract surgery ever.......I wanted information on what to expect.She never gave me any information just continued to be rude to me.I would never recomened Gina Huynh Do To anyone for their Vision Care.I found another Doctor who gave me the information I needed to know about my cataracts without the rudeness I received from Gina Huynh Do. who is supposed to be a professional.

Scheduled appt last week for me and my daughter and was told that Dr. Huynh was out for maternity leave but we could still be seen by another associate. Well when we arrived Dr. Huynh was indeed there bc the other doctor was under the weather. I found that to be very professional and in good character for her to come in on such short notice and on maternity leave none the less. Most offices would have just called patients and have them reschedule. Thats happen to me at least twice by other doctors. I love how she takes her time and answers any questions and concerns you may have.

My husband and I chose Vision Care because VPS referred us to this office. We found Dr. Gina Huynh to be the best optometrist we have ever seen. Dr. Huynh is very thorough. She answered all our questions and was careful/specific in explaining everything to us. Once Dr. Huynh mentioned she used to do pediatric vision, we immediately made an appointment for our three year old son. Dr. Huynh was excellent with our son and made sure his vision was on target. Overall, we loved this office and Dr. Huynh. This definitely our optometry office from now on!

Dr. Hunyh is great... cheerful, pleasant and patient. Shes exactly what you want in a Doctor. Her office runs pretty efficiently, never having to wait very long to start the whole exam process. She seems to have the latest equipment making all the tests much easier than in times past. I had an eye doctor I used from 1982-2014, and when he retired, I was worried. Dr. H is a great replacement and I have a lot of confidence in her care. Just as a note, she graduated #1 in her class at UH I was told by my old doctor!

I have been going to vision care for years (from getting my first pair of glasses to getting fitted for contacts), and have thoroughly enjoyed the services of Dr. Chu (before he retired) and Dr. Gina (who now manages the practice). The staff are always very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive always been able to set an appointment quickly, and the wait time for the exam is usually pretty short. Also, there is a good amount of fun frames to chooses from!

Dr. Chu and his staff are the BEST. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and always have a good experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Dr. Chu is a wonderful, doctor and Im very impressed with the quality of care I get when selecting frames and lenses. I never have trouble getting an appointment and the office staff handles the insurance extremely well too.

I had used Dr. Chu 5 years ago and moved away. My wife and I moved back into the area and then needed a eye exam. We went to Dr. Chu and hes still running a 1st rate operation. He explained both to my wife and I exactly what was going on with each of our eyes instead of just cramming some contacts down our throats. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Great place and great staff!

We just moved into town and was so lucky to find Vision Care. The staff are friendly as soon as I walked in I was greeted. Dr. Gina was the best, my son is 4 and was always scared to get his eyes exam at our old Dr. Dr. Gina was extremely nice and knew exactly how to handle the kids. My son was happy and actually had fun taking the exam!!!! I will definitely recommend Vision Care.

The staff are professional and courteous. I was shown in to the examination promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Huynh gave the most thorough exam I have ever received. She spoke frankly and used terms easily understood. She will now be my vision Doctor of record. The entire visit took less than an hour. I totally recommend Dr. Huynh to anyone seeking vision care.

Everything was addressed and thoroughly explained, and best of all, it is evident that they are genuinely interested in making sure their patients are taken care of correctly. I felt welcomed, informed and satisfied with her exam and glasses. Bottom line, if you want first class customer service, attention to detail and superlative eye care come here. If you want mediocre subpar service go elsewhere.

My first time visiting. The Dr. was very sweet and knowledgeable about things I didnt know that were going on with my eyes. My favorite part was picking out my glasses. The two ladies who help were super sweet and patient. They helped a lot with choosing my glasses and didnt get aggravated by me ask so many questions. They have my service. HIGHLY recommend them

Excellent service. We were served at our appointment time. Dr. Huynh was very comprehensive during my daughters exam (and mine right after hers). Gave my daughter super useful information about eye care according to her age and the rest of the ladies and receptionist were super kind when dealing with our insurance benefits.

Friendly and fast - I came in for a checkup and a new pair of glasses after. All told the checkup took ~20 minutes and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about choosing frames and discussing options. Plenty of nearby stores and places means you can easily fold a Target run or what have you into the same trip.

Ive been coming here since grade school and Im in college now. I have always recived great service and the staff treat me just like family. To add, Dr.Huynh always takes her time to work with me on my prescription. I recommend coming here if you need to get your eyes checked, Vision Care is the way to go!
