I called at 5:30pm on a Thursday to find out what time they close and stop taking walkins. The guy who answered said we are getting ready to close now (30 mins away from closing) which I implied "thats ok, are you guys open tomorrow? "and the guy says yes come on in tomorrow. Why is it that the next day I called and they tell me we are FULLY booked until Monday and arent taking any walkins. How hard would it have been to look into his system and tell me that the first time I called or how about lets set you up an appointment for tomorrow? I left work early so make over with plenty of time just to get sorry we cant help you. Work on your customer service. It was an inconvenience formyself and I wasnt excited to hear this. It appears he was to anxious to leave on time to help a customer correctly. Lost my business. Unfortunately in will take my business to another office here in Copperfield. Ask questions and take names if you go here.

Big points for - location, service, friendly staff! Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and explained everything to me professionally. The staff is very friendly, helpful,and answered all my questions. I have not experienced this great service in an such a long time, The prices are reasonable and the doctor is fantastic.They took my insurance and had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for your vision needs!

Dr. Nguyen is awesome!!! She took the time to explain things to me and helped me find the best contact lenses for my needs. Very good experience with this place. Staff was very friendly and professional. They take all types of insurance. Booking my appointment was a breeze, office location and parking is safe and convenient.

my first visit with was a year ago and I was impressed by the Dr. Bao-tran Nguyen patient care, is awesome! Best experience Ive had with an optometrist / opthamologist office in 20 yrs! Unfortunately she was out on vacation today but we all need a break once in awhile. Highly recommend her!
