The most unprofessional experience I ever had in dental care. I had an 8am appointment and I was only seen at 9am. Even then, the secretaries didnt do their job correctly and hadnt checked my insurance prior to the appointment, making it so that I couldnt be seen by a dentist. When my insurance couldnt be confirmed because the company is at a different time zone, the dentist proceeded with the cleaning without notifying me that it was possible I would be completely charged for the appointment! That is not informed consent as they didnt inform me. There is no privacy. You dont have an individual room and so everyone is next to each other, and you can hear other dentists talking to patient. Dont waste your time here like I did.

The receptionist are awful. Theyll cater badly. Ive been calling for 2 days for an appointment and when she answered she told me they can make an app because they dont know why i have to bring my daughter to New Haven because I was from Bridgeport. I told her the Bridgeport office give me a referral because they dont deal with the cravings and New Haven do. The lady put me on hole and transferred me to the office of Bridgeport without asking who was the patient. I do not recommend this office because they treat people badly. The lady said that its only one person working in the office and has more patients waiting. She dont even gave me her name so who ever was working on 3/24/2015 at 2:20 you need to change you attitude.

I am still trying to figure out why my husband and I experience was the worse, because our daughter goes their and I have been nothing but satisfied in and out service. But my husband and I both waited an hour before to be seen and the whole appointment took 2 hours each. My appointment was at 9:00am and I was done at 11:00 and wasnt seen until 10:20am, my husband appointment was at 10:00am he didnt get seen until 11:00am and her was there until a little after 12noon.

The front office manager is extremely rude and condescending- she told me I was lying about being in pain! She cut me off and was not empathetic at all. Kathy is her name i believe- whoever works days on Tuesdays. If you have the option to go elsewhere- go. Also- the first doctor I visited completely misdiagnosed me and I ended up having to pay to see another doctor, then come back again for a situation that should have been rectified the first time.

I love bringing my boys here. We were going to another office in East Haven where we reside. But they didnt enjoy going. But once we started coming here they looked forward to every visit. The funny thing is my son said mommy can we go early. My other son yelled Yayyy we are going to the dentist. This makes me happy as a mom that my sons love coming to the dentist. This will pave the way for them to enjoy and love taking care of their teeth.

The staff here is great. I have had Cara with me for my appointments a few times now and she is by far the best! She takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist by making it a positive experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Powe, and Cara was there holding my hand through the tough parts. We were all able to joke around and laugh which made the experience that much easier.

This place is a racket. I came in with tooth pain on the top left side and when I went back for the follow-up apptmt, they filled two teeth on the right side. They are grossly incompetent, not to mention the endless robo calls you get in the days leading up to the appointment. My favorite was the one I received while sitting in the lobby, waiting for my first appointment.

Very nice and experienced dentists. The price is very reasonable. I was diagnosed to be deep cavity and need a root canal. After the deep cleaning the dentist found the cavity did not reach the nerves and finally decided to fill the hole instead of root canal. I was told to return for a root canal anytime I feel hurt in the future. This is really a thoughtful treatment.

The staff is good but Doctor has no concern for patient except for money. They recommended sedation and anesthetic for my 2 year old to put in crowns and performed X ray. I am shocked that how greedy these people can get without considering the well being of kids.. Dr. Shruti was not only rude but she did not even try to discuss the recommandations Never going back!

The worse place for children. My childrens appointment was for 2pm, my children were not called to the back until 315pm. As a mother it is hard to keep three children of various ages occupied. Not to mention things that we have to do in our lives, I dont have time to wait for them to finish a family of 8 that was scheduled for the same time. Ridiculous....

They are a family friendly place where anyone of all ages can feel welcome and at home i used hate the dentist but when i came here every apointment was something i looked forward to Kool Smiles i s a great place to take you child because the employees make them feel special they are very professional and kind

Weve been clients for over 2 years and service was good up until this year. The turn over rate is HORRIBLE. . Some staff are very pushy and unprofessional. . The pediatric services are horrible as well. . . Adult care is OK. .would no longer be a patient there . .

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I had a dentist critize me in front of other patients, telling me Im 20 years old and shouldnt have to go to the dentist with my "mom". You dont know my life situation and have no place to judge. Dont waste your time!

I used to like Kool smiles when they first opened. I recently switched my children from there because they are unprofessional. They overbook appointments and the sitting time once U get in the back is ridiculous because they only have 1 doctor working.

Very poor dentist dose not know how to diagnose a poor crown. They do not know what a post core and post crown build is they want to pull your teeth. You will need implants after there care or a good dentist to do post core post crown build.

This is the best dental experience I ever had.. Ive been to Dr. Dental and just received a polishing.. I am highly recommending this Office to all my family and friends.I am 32 years old and amazed. Great Job!!
