Totally put off by these people. I had been going to a private practice since I was a little kid and chose to switch after getting new dental insurance that my previous dentist didnt accept. The front desk staff and gentleman that took my x-rays were fantastic, but after that my visit quickly went down hill. After the hygenist examined my teeth I was told that I have a few areas of early periodontal disease. She discussed having a deep cleaning done rather than a regular cleaning. I was on board at first but just needed to know about difference in insurance coverage. She told me someone would come in to speak with me about this but said that it most likely wouldnt all be covered. I asked that, if that was the case, could I choose to have a regular cleaning. She told me this was not an option for legal reasons, because it would be considered neglect on their part. I asked if this issue was something that could have developed since 6 month ago (when I last had a cleaning at my previous dentist) since I wasnt informed of this issue then. She said that it wasnt likely and that it was more likely that my previous dentist, them being a private practice, chose not to inform me of this because they arent under the strict regulations and possible legal reporcussions that a corporation is. Basically that they may have neglected to tell me about this problem just because they could get away with it. I am not refusing to believe that I could have this issue, I very well may, but making accusations about another dental practice was quite short of professional. I work in the veterinary field, for a private practice, and there isnt a chance in the world that our doctors would neglect to inform a client that their pet had a serious issue because "they arent under strict regulations". I sat down with the office manager and he explained that a deep cleaning, after insurance, would be about $340 out of pocket. He went on to defend what the hygenist said about my previous dentist. I declined this service not only because its not something I can afford at the moment but because of their incredible lack of professionalism. I am not an unreasonable person, but his place totally grinded my gears. I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend them. **Just to update: I visited my regular dentist the day after my visit to Aspen. After examining my teeth and reviewing my x-rays they informed me that I only have mild gingivitis, NOT periodontal disease. They were completely floored that Aspen would claim that and confused as to how Aspen even came to that conclusion, as there was no evidence of it at all.

my son and i both had appointments for 1st time cleaning with them. Our previous dentist okay but overcharged me. both my son & i had some type of peridontal disease and needed major work. it seems that every person that goes their has a peridontal disease. our visit with our previous dentist showed no kind of lurking disease and that was 8 months prior to the Aspen visit. My son teeth were cleaned but they wanted to charge me over $3000 for dental work and work out a payment plan. I said no way. i paid my portion of the bill and now my insurance company sent in their payment which Aspen claims that they have never received and Aspen will not contact my insurance company to re-issue payment (insurance company said Aspen needs to be the one to say that they havent received the check). i got a bill from a collection agency. these people do not want to help but just charge, charge and charge people.

Have not been to the dentist in at least 11 years - and current dentist didnt think my issue was urgent - no returned calls after leaving 4 messages about a crown that was loose and causing alot of pain. I called Aspen Dental and within 24 hours I had an appointment. First visit totally free - full mouth xrays and exam - which showed how bad my teeth really were. OUCH! First order of business was to take care of the crown - the tooth had a cavity under the 15+ year old crown, so I needed a root canal and then a crown. Worst part was the Novocaine - after that I did not feel a thing. Professional, courteous and asking how I was doing several times during the 90 minute procedure. highly recommend these folks to anyone that needs a dentist!

Originally went there because my discount plan (Carrington Plan) was accepted there. My dentist said I needed 2 back teeth pulled, they were cracked. After several X-rays later. They tell me its not 2 but 3. Then they told me my crown needed work and it might need a root canal. Then a partial denture. They wanted $3400! I ended up having Dr. Park just pull the teeth. Now I wish I had the oral surgeon so it. Never got a follow up call to see how I was and after he pulled the teeth I swear he was trying to damage the other teeth. He never gave me an answer as to what he was doing.

I never before walked out of a dental or a doctors office but there was a first. From the moment I walked in they went on to perform procedures that I didnt asked for or agreed to. The doc didnt seem to be interested in listening to my concerns; only to persuade me to go along with the program. It was not a good match for me as I am looking for personalized service and partnership with my dentist. For ones that dont care for those things Aspen may be the place for you.

I set up an appointment for a cleaning and they didnt even clean my teeth! Not only did they not clean my teeth but they never even told me they werent going to clean my teeth. They took xray and the dentist checked my gums. This took over an hour. After checking my gums they wanted me to set up another appointment for a cleaning. Are you kidding me? All about the money. I wouldnt recommend going here. Go to a REAL dentist.

Terrible office just wants to charge for whatever they can get away with!!! I have been going to dentist every 6 months for 15 years... Might have paid for about 4-6 procedures in that time frame. I went to Aspen 3 times in last 5 months and they tried milking me for $1000. Shame on me they got me for $800! Last visit told me was a "check up" for my gum cleaning. Nope... Another $187 please. Lol what a joke!!!!

I had a root canal and crown procedure here. The staff here are always friendly, and efficient. The office manager Steven, went above and beyond to honor a quote given to me, when I was misquoted my balance due. He spent a considerable amount of time to find the discrepancy and correct my balance. I cannot thank Aspen Dental enough for being a well run dental office, with exceptional service.
