My oldest daughter was a patient there back in 2012. My daughter who back then was only 7 was very intimated by dentists but had a good experience with the dentist over at Pediatric Dentistry. So now having a new member of our family i called to schedule my 19 month olds first intial appointment. The representative on the phone i believe Doreen was her name immediately made the phone call very uncomfortable. She completely detored me from wanting to use that office. I felt like i was on trial why my older daughter no longer goes there as she is now 10 and i do not need to explain my personal life. All i wanted to do was schedule an appointment. She even asked why didnt i just bring my youngest to the place where i bring my oldest. But the reason i dont since i was backed in a corner is because im divorced and my x husband is responsible for her dental. But those questions were none of her business. Bottom line Pediatric Dentistry you lost a new patient simply because i had to hang up after 5 mins of badgered questions of my personal life when all i wanted to do was return to a dentist i saw my oldest once little girl trust. Good luck with a represntive like Doreen!

I am super impressed with the staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Suffolk County! Mrs. Linda was encouraging, kind and put my son at ease with getting his x-rays done and a dental cleaning. He recently had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Rob and Anna were amazing! They were there every step of the way informing my son and educating him on what they were doing. He didnt flinch and felt comfortable. I cannot thank Dr. Mike and his team for a fantastic dental experience for my son. It means the world!

I ARRIVED 10 MINS LATE TO MYAPPOINTMENTAND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT NOW SINCE I SHOWED UP LATE UNTIL 2PM BECAUSE THEY HAD TO BREAK FOR LUNCH. THE FRONT STAFF WAS RUDE AND GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE WERE A FEW MINS LATE. I FOUND THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS I WALKED IN THERE WITH A 3 MONTH OLD BABY AND MY SON FROM MY HOME WHICH IS A HALF HOUR AWAY. I HAD NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE . THEY JUST LOST THREE POTENTIAL PATIENTS.

I absolutely recommend this office!! The entire staff is friendly and the dental hygienist is so patient and kind. She was amazing with cleaning my 2 year old sons teeth. I have seen Dr. Michael and Dr. Chris and both were great! They take their time with you and explain everything. Im feel so comfortable bringing my son here.

Dr. Mike is a great dentist. I referred my nephews and nieces to him. They couldnt be happier with him and his staff. I am a dentist myself and treat family members of all ages, but there is no one better than Dr. Mike at treating kids :) !

Very caring office. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is great. Definitely very preferable for children they are much better equipped to deal with dental problems than a general dentist
