It was my first time attending Lifetime dental and I must say I had a great experience!! I was iffy about going here since I read up on the reviews and they arent the very best. However, this location is close to me and part of my insurance. The staff was very polite and helpful! I didnt have to wait a ridiculous amount, it was pretty average. I loved that it was a small clinic, I can def see us staying with them. Our assistant, Megan, she was super, super great!!! She really made me feel so comfortable, she was so outgoing and super funny!! She was very attentive and was just amazing at working with me. She also took care of my sons check up (he is 2) and she managed to do so great!! She began playing games with him and made his whole check up a real fun experience for him. Not only did she do her job, but she also took the time to give us some recommendations on how to better treat our teeth and gave me advice on keeping up with my sons. She just really took the time to give us proper attention and care. I was just very surprised with the service offered to us! 5 stars for Lifetime Dental!!

We have been coming to Lifetime Dental since 2013. Things have changed since my last visit and the place has VASTLY IMPROVED. I was seen by a dentist that I had not seen before. He was thorough, friendly, professional and took time to answer all of my questions. The dental staff were great and provided a gentle X-ray experience and a thorough cleaning. The office staff were replaced. Now they are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and provide fantastic customer service. They were able to explain exactly what to expect since my insurance changed. The office has also attained an electronic check in kiosk which allows you to update information on the tablet versus paper forms. The office has also been repainted and the decor has been updated. It definitely feels more spa like now. I like that the front area has toys for my daughter to play with. Each room is also equipped with a TV. The wait time has never been an issue and I am usually taken back within 10 minutes of arrival. Since these changes were made, this dental office has gone from mediocre to fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

I was thoroughly disappointed. I saw some negative reviews, but they were outdated, so I gave it a shot since the location is so convenient. I scheduled an initial check-up with cushion time. NOT helpful when I arrived. After 30 minutes of not being seen I asked for an update and was told "we schedule 15 minutes apart" and I replied "it has been over 30 minutes" and she just said I had to keep waiting. The lady next to me said "they are always at least 45 minutes behind". Sure enough, it was 50 minutes before I was seen. Staff was not professional up front. I had to schedule a deep clean and the were inaccurate in my scheduling. When I went back for my polish a week later, the guy was busy watching the Kardashians! instead of focusing on me the patient. And they advertise they have TV for you in each room. As soon as you lean back AT ALL you cant even see them. Floor wasnt clean in waiting room. Wait was horrible. Staff was not professional. Would never go again or take my children!

Very bad experience, it were my first time, made appoinment at 9am for me and my husband. At 9:15 they called hubby in, but nodody called my name even though they told me that they will get both of us at the same time. I waited until 9:45, and they let me continued to wait until 10:00 after they took my x-ray. The doctor came in at 10:20 said that my teeth blah blah blah...... and he said the nurse will come in to discuss about the treatments and insurance coverage. But I was waiting until 10:40 so I stepped out and saw those nurses was standing on the front and gossiping, I told them that Ive been waiting for an hour and 40 min, still got nothing done, so the lady told me that oh they are waiting on the doctor blah blah....LYING....This place does not worth my star at all. They cleaned my hubby teeth for 5 min with moderate cleaning and poked into his mouth caused bleeding and they blamed that my hubby teeth got gum bleeding. Very unprofessional.

Never been more disappointed coming here, have brought my son here for years with Dr Gillum! Best doctor ever! Management just changed and boy you can tell service sucked! Receptionist were rude, and wasnt even greeted when I walked in, manager was at the front desk and stared at me stupid ! Appointment was at 12! And waited over an hour to get my son into a room, after I asked at 12:45 how much longer the wait would be! Once I was in I asked about dr Tiffany and they said she was GONE ! I was literarily in the room for 5! Min before they said I could leave ! I was always helped on the dot of the appointment before and if you have a young child You know how aggravating it can be! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE DR GILLUM HAS GONE let me know ! Once we walked out the front desk was chaos !! Its like no one knows what theyre doing ! Seriously just walked out and never going back !!!

OUTSTANDING!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Daftarian for 17 years. She communicates very well, which is very important when getting dental work done. Understanding that the dental office is everyones least favorite place to visit it has been a very enlightening experience. Dr. Udezue is exactly the same, Im so glad she is just as gentle as Dr. D. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN every time Im there!!! Keyana, treatment coordinator was extremely helpful in explaining the process of payment and consultations of all the doctors. Meagan, lead dental assistant has been wonderful with assisting the doctors as well as making me feel very comfortable during my visits. I would like to thank the entire staff for making my dental visits very pleasant and pain free!!!

Dr. Tiffany Gillum has an excellent bedside manner! Like many, I am a very anxious patient, but she is very kind, intelligent and goes out of her way to make sure I understand what she is doing and why. She ensures that I am not in too much pain all throughout my appointment. Unfortunately, I deducted a star simply because the front office/billing process is not always detail-oriented. Check your treatment plan line by line! They added in teeth whitening (which I did not request), duplicated a couple of charges, estimated a filling on a tooth that was also going to be extracted AND included another filling on a tooth that had been extracted 2 years ago. So, if you are careful with your bill, this is an excellent dentist choice!

Kind, courteous, efficient and highly professional service awaits you at this dental office. I have been a patient for many years and have never been disappointed with the service. Samaneh is a fantastic dentist who is knowledgeable and advanced in her field. She takes care of her patients in the greatest way possible and makes you feel valued and appreciated. The rest of the staff are also wonderful and customer-oriented. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a lifetime dentist.
