They over charged people and milking your insurance policy. I went there because my tooth was in pain due to bitten on a small bone during dinner. I told them about why my tooth was in pain so they took x-ray and examined my tooth then said I need a cleaning. Cleaning? really? at the time I didnt know what to expect but to trust their professionalism. After cleaning, my tooth starting to hurt a lot so I went back for check up again. This time they said I need a root canal done on my tooth #13 cost $1294. So I agreed to do it but after the root canal done on tooth #13, I am still in pain.... I mean a lot of pain so I went back to them now they said I have infection on my tooth number #14 so they sent me to specialist place to treat the infection and root canal on my #14. At the specialist place charged me for exam, x ray and root canal for my number #14 then in the middle of the process they said my tooth couldnt be saved due to a crack on my #14. They still charged me $580 something and send me back to U9 dental to get my tooth remove. U9 wants to charge me $290 to remove my tooth after all the trouble I went through. After going through so much pain and cost me so much money for nothing Ive decided to get second opinion at another dental place. the new dental place told me I could have done a tooth canal on my tooth #14 at the beginning only cost $750 instead cleaning service and root canal on #13. Its exactly my thought on day one when I went to time when told them about why Im in pain. U9 dental has no respect for my hard earned money and milked my insurance policy. I am now used up my insurance allowance for this year so I have to go to another dental place out of my pocket to get my tooth pulled out for $250 and they even treat my infection for free. Dont be like me, avoid this place at all cost.

My 4 years old son had a tooth infection due to cavity. Took him to this place. Dr. checked out his teeth and determined the infected tooth has to come out. He also had several other cavities that need to cap off. Took them almost an hour to get a decent x-ray on his teeth as they were inexperienced with kids (this should have been my 1st clue). The Dr then suggested to clean his teeth (wtf? my son has toothaches which one tooth need to be pull out but cleaning teeth? This should have been my 2nd clue). At the time we trusted them so agreed the proceeded with teeth cleaning. The Dr then prescribed some antibiotic for the infection and told us to come back anytime after the infection is gone. 1 week later, we took him back in. The Dr look at his teeth again and explained that theyre not equipped to do children dental? Now my son is on CHIPS, so he has an allowance for annual dental check up which $188 out of that total allowance was used for the teeth cleaning . Now if this dental office isnt equipped to do children then why did they told us to bring him back anytime? Very shady. We took him to bunkerhill pediatric dental, took the nurse there less than 5 mins to take his x-ray and extract his cavitation tooth 2 days later, which the procedures went flawless. Im a little upset because some of that allowance could have been use at the right place for my son. They could have just tell us upfront that theyre not equipped to work with children. Im giving them 2 stars because they did perform the cleaning well and the antibiotic prescribed did take care of his infection. Overall, we will not come back to this place.

My first impression when I walked in the office was that it was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no problem with insurance verification. In fact, I was surprise to get a discount for first time client. Dr. Luong made me feel at ease throughout the while procedure, and I did not experience any pain. The office was very high-tech with TV for you l watch during the procedure. Dr. Luong is very meticulous in her work on me and very caring. I would definitely recommend all my friends to come here. Also parking was very easy.

This was my first visit and I have to say, "Wow!" As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff acknowledge you and make you feel welcome. The staff are friendly, professional, and patient with my questions and concerns. I was anxious about this visit. I havent been to the dentist since 2014 due to job changes and a new insurance carrier, however my previous dentist experience was pretty negative and super expensive. U9 Dental has impressed me. Im so happy I found the ZocDoc site and I learned about this office. I think Ive found my new dentist office for life.

i was looking for a dentist and i went there thinking they will be great because they were new in the neighborhood and also because it was at walking distance of my house. I was shockingly disappointed when the guy at the reception was rude to me and did not care much about building a good clientele. he was supposed to verify my insurance and call me back, he never did. Thats not how you treat new customers!!!!

WORST DOCTOR LUONG KATHERINE EVER, THEY DO THE WORST JOB. I am sure that you will waited more than 1 hour to get turn even you made an appointment before you come. They are careless for you. The young receptionist JENNY was the stupid one and rude, she dosent know anything as well. Please DO NOT COME OVER THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE STUPID. TRUST ME......

I am in the middle of getting some cosmetic work done by Dr. Luong- so far everything has been great. She came as a referral from my orthodontist. The staff is friendly and the facility seems current (equipment wise) and well maintained. No complaints so far- I plan on giving them a shot to be my Primary dentist (tried several) because of the experience.

Dr. Luongs gentle hands made my sons dental appointment a breeze! Everything about the office was nice. Starting from the cheerful receptionists to the extra nice assistants. Mai the hygienist was very patient with cleaning my sons teeth. My son has been coming here since he was only 6 months old and I wont take him anywhere else. Great job U9 Dental!

I was referred to this clinic by a coworker and I have since referred several friends to the same place. Dr. Loung was very professional and went the extra step to put me at ease before each step of the procedure. The staff was very courteous and attentive to my need. I definitely will be back for my 6 month cleaning.

My favorite dentist and office team. Jen and the front desk staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Katherine Luong is just exceptional and very caring of her patients. They are always learning the latest techniques. I have recommended U9 Dental to my friends and family. Great dentist, very assuring to her patients.
