I have had a horrible experience with these people. The Dr. dropped the tool in my mouth they use to fill a cavity at least 4 times which left several of my teeth feeling rough. When I asked them to polish my tooth on another visit they grinded on it more . Polish a word they dont understand. Now Im left with one tooth that is so sensitive I cannot even chew on that side of my mouth and other teeth that are left rough as sand paper because of their carelessness and inability to understand the word polish. I would never consider going back even if it were free actually not even if they paid me! I would get into their attitude or lack of bedside manner but that is more time then I have.

This is the best dental office I have ever gone to...I love the staff and Dr Smith is the best...I have a very low tolerance level for pain. Dr Smith made sure my gums were totally numb and Cher and actually held my hand...The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, and professional.. Everyone is amazing even Preston (lol)... This office is new, clean, and very santized. If you dont know by now... I love this staff I give them*****

Office staff have terrible communication with patients. Disrespectful and ignorant. They cancel your appointment at the last minute and cant give you an accurate reason why. Office manager has NO idea how to file a medical claim. Prices are ridiculously high. Usually have very long wait times on office as they double book incase someone doesnt show. Doctors seem nice. Office is a mess. I feel sorry for them.

Horrible experience with the office staff. They changed my appointment 3 times. Double book appointments lost a filling and was coerced into a root canal which they charged me close to $4000 for. a simple root canal Should not cost that much . Will never go back getting another dentist to fix what they did fact Ive had to root canals prior that never cost me that much on

The office added on charges for services and tools that were not used and getting a refund is tougher than the dental work itself. Huge problem. I do not trust the staff and I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Dr. Fleming-Smith and the team at Copperfield Modern Dentistry are amazing. They offered same day cleaning and crowns as well as keeping me calm during treatment. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Fleming-Smith was wonderful! But her staff....THEY ROCK! (the doctor does too!) I have such bad anxiety when I see dentists and they made my visit well worth the pain I felt afterward!
