I would not recommend a Castle Dental to anyone. I changed insurances, so had to change dentists, and just needed one to go to for a bi-annual cleaning. When I made my appointment, I was pleased with how curtious they were. When I went, the staff and doctors were very nice. However, it was nothing what I expected. They took my x-rays, measured my gums (which I have NEVER had any dentist request to do in my life), and then told me to go to the waiting room. They then wanted to charge me $227 for a full mouth embrightment procedure before doing a cleaning. My insurance only covers cleanings, so I told them no thanks, I just would like a cleaning. They REFUSED to clean my teeth unless I had this procedure done. I got a second opinion from my old dentist of 10 years, and they said that they were VERY surprised they would even recommend this, especially with my good hygene history. And Castle Dental even told me they recommend this for their patients once a year. I researched more when I got home, and it is a very mis-diagnosed procedure that should only be used on people whose gums are bleeding terribly, are super sensetive, and someone who probably hasnt been to a dentist in years. Ive talked to several friends, and no one has ever even had their gums measured at their dentists office. Plus, my former dentist advised me never to go to a Castle Dental. I am trying to complain to their manager, but of course, there is NO e-mail address to contact them. Go figure.

I have always had traumatic experiences at dentists offices so when I walked in to this office I was preparing myself for the worse. The receptionist was super friendly and asked how I was feeling about the visit. I said I was panicking and she reassured me and told me the dentist was really good with patients. I then saw the technician that took the x-rays. She was also reassuring and funny. They made lots of conversation and answered all of my questions. When I met the dentist she was friendly and told me she heard I was nervous. During the exam, she showed me every tool before she used it and told me what she would do and how it would feel. I appreciated this since it eased my nerves a bit. Then I had to get my cleaning. The hygienist worked the same way. She explained what she would be doing and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable. When I was done they were all pretty friendly. I was scheduled to go back a few times and every time it was the same experience. Recently they changed to a new dentist: Dr. Kim. He is also very friendly and patient with me and my nerves. Hes very informative and answers all of my questions. While I still get nervous when I go to the dentist, it is nowhere near as bad as it used to be for me. I owe that to the people that work at this Castle Dental. Thanks guys!

****These people will OverCharge you , even If Insurance is not covering they will do the expensive treatments and make you pay entire amount**** My wife had deep cleaning here , at the time of appointment we clearly asked to check with Insurance about eligibility and let us know the out of pocket expense , they assured out of pocket is $106.00 and confirmed everything else insurance will cover. On the day of treatment,I asked several times regarding my out of pocket$106 and insurance coverage , they assured Insurance agreed to pay remaining amount for treatment. Now insurance declined $1136 claim , saying they didnt meet frequency requirement . They also confirmed , they informed same to the hospital , however they didnt disclosed that and did the treatment. Now hosipital staff saying you signed form saying "Its my responsbility to pay if insurance declines" , expecting me to pay $1136 . I would have never done that cleaning , fact is at other hospitable I used to have cleaning with $0 out of pocket , still paid these people $106 because they are near to my place.

Took my 6 year old because they are on my DHMO. Front desk was super efficient and friendly. Gave me the paperwork to fill out for my other son that would be coming in the next week so I wouldnt have to do it then. We did wait about an hour but there was an older gentleman who was having a hard time that went in before us. About 30 min in the lobby and then 30 min in the chair. He was right next to us so we were clear on why we were waiting. They did my sons X-rays right away though and I was very impressed with the technician who got clear shots of my 6 year olds mouth. She was really good with him. I gave 4 stars only because of the long wait, which I dont see how they could have avoided. The dentist was Dr. Xavier. She is a female so Im not sure who the other reviews are referring to but Im very happy to have had her for my 6 year olds very first visit to the dentist. It was a great first visit and he is ready to go back and get his teeth cleaned. Glad they handled his first visit well and didnt make him afraid to go the dentist.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! Im not one to complain about much, just give me my services, I pay and go about my day. 1] THE STAFF IS SUPER RUDE!! They start off nice but as you go along it seems as though they dont want to work or do their job. Theyll bring their families in there and crowd up the front counter. 2] OVERCHARGE & INSERT THINGS in your bill without consulting it with you. I asked them why didnt you tell me you were going to charge me with a $100 toothbrush that I didnt order?? Apparently it was part of their basic cleaning package and then she rudely added that they dont go over bills. Oh ok so yall just charge people and dont care to explain what youre charging? 3] TAKES FOREVER to receive services. Why do they even bother making appointments when they wont see you till 2 hours past scheduled time?? HORRIBLE!! Now Im going to have to try and change dentists with my insurance and cause more problems.

I love this office! My first visit was on Friday. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Terra. She was very friendly and helped me complete my paperwork. The Dental Assistant, Sanjuana made me feel comfortable and asked me if I had any concerns. After taking my xrays, I was then introduced to Dr. Kim and Vanessa the hygienist. Both of them made me feel very welcolmed and at ease. The office manager Sherita, came in and discussed my treatment with me. She was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned with what I needed and even worked me in to get a cleaning while I was there, which was huge since I would be returning back to work on Monday. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs and I will be returning for my six month checkup and cleaning!!!!

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. I went here because they had available appointments and I was trying to get my teeth cleaned in a hurry. Worst mistake. I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours. When I finally did see the dentist he just looked around in my mouth and kept talking aND talking. The cherry on top was that his gut was hanging out of the bottom of his scrubs in my face.... when he was done I said, so what about my cleaning? He explained the hygenist had left for the day and id have to go back another day. Waste of time, and money. The staff is friendly but highly unprofessional. save yourself the headache and go to a real dentist. and did not get my teeth cleaned. They told me the hygienist had left for the day.
