Everyone is raving Mint is great but I cant seem to get timely service. First appointment I scheduled I was told after arriving it would be at least 45 mins before I was called because there was only 1 Dr. so I rescheduled for another day and was assured that there would be more than 1 Dr. and it wont be a long wait. I arrived to my 2nd scheduled appointment a couple minutes early. After waiting 40 minutes I asked Brittany how long it would be she said 10 minutes. People who arrived after us even were called to the back. I was scheduled at 1:30 and wasnt called to the back until 2:30. My Partner really wanted to get seen but I took my name off of the list to be seen. Beats and IPads dont distract me from an hour wait and definitely not my kids. Long story short I will not be returning.

They definitely deserve their 100% 5 Star Rating at this location. Havent been to the Dentist in a few years but this was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everybody is nice, courteous, and engaging even when they arent the person who is directly assisting you. They were nice to my boys. It wasnt super busy so they were able to keep my youngest entertained when he started getting restless. The dental assistant was very welcoming, professional and informative about the process. The Dentist was very nice and sincere. All and all, great service. The complete opposite of the feeling/experience I had taking the kids to another dentist office earlier this morning. Keep it up!! Its appreciated.

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the service and staff. I had a lot of dental work as a kid and have been so scared of the dentist ever since however, the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest front office representative Ashley. When I went to the back Brittnay really took care of me. Dr. Cartwright is amazing. She was very thorough in her explanation of the type of treatment I could receive with my congenital deformation in my mouth. I fought back tears the entire time because for over 20 years Ive been embarrassed with my teeth. The dental hygienist was awesome and made my cleaning experience one of the best Ive ever had. I will definitely be referring all my friends.

Mint dentistry is not like your regular dentist, they have Netflix to watch throughout your visit and also give out iPads and beats headphones to take through out your visit. If you need any dental work done they will do it the same day. The doctor and staff is very informative and sweet. My son used to hate going to the dentist and after going to MINT he asks to come back and get his teeth cleaned. The hygienist Martin is very patient and does a great job! I would recommend MINT to everyone and anyone. Its quick, painless and also enjoyable! The staff is super friendly and take care of any concerns you might have! 5 stars MiNT dentistry!

Wat can i say.. Excelent service. Excelent staff. Excelnt hygenist. And excelete Dr. I went from the worst dental experiences ever till i personally walked in today. The front desk staff is very friendly and extra bubbly. And the assistants are all awesome. The treatment coordinator was very secure of answering each and everyone of my answers. I walked out with out any concers. And very satisfied with my visit. I absolutely recomend to everyone. Come enjoy the netflix and pandora with beat headphones. On a tablet. Even better

I have not been to the dentist in 2 years so I was a little wary getting back in for a cleaning. I was blown away by the service I received here! Above and beyond! The front staff was talkative and friendly. The assistant did a great job and made me feel comfortable at all times. Dr. C was friendly and professional. My hygienist, Kim, was great! My teeth are the cleanest they have ever been! All around extremely satisfied with my experience at Mint Dentistry West Oaks. I should have came in a long time ago! Highly recommend!

As I stepped into the office I felt very comfortable with greetings from the front desk staff. My granddaughter was with me and they made her feel comfortable as she waited for me by letting her use an i pad with headphones which she enjoyed immensely. Everyone from the doctor, hygienist, dental assistant, and all the office staff were very professional and courteous. They were great and I made a second appointment. I told my husband about my experience and he scheduled an appointment.

I was skeptical at first. Thought it was a fly by night business. I scheduled my 1st cleaning because my regular hygienist was out of town. I was unable to get my whitening on 1st visit due to medical reasons. The staff assured me they would honor the free whitening trays once I was ready. I back and the process was very QUICK and easy. The location is very convenient and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed. THANKS!! I will be back

Mint dentistry is AMAZING! Its been years since Ive been to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. This is really the LUXARY away to dentist. From the massage chairs to the big screen tv playing what you want to watch while you get your work done. Martin cleaned my teeth to PERFECTION and explained everything to me before it happened... Needless to say this is my new dentist and I will be coming back and bringing my family as well.

Now I have to amend this review. This place is a rip off. I was told that if I sign up for a smile more club for $5 a month that my future treatments would be discounted and that $5 I pay every month would go towards my treatment. The first time I came they took the balance from my monthly fees off my treatment. I came bk to finish my treatment and now they claim thats not how the program works. This will definitely be my last visit!!

It was a wonderful experience I had today. The dental assistant, Abby, held my hand b while I was getting the numbing injections. The hygienist Martin was very patient with me too. Dr. Cartwright, gentle. The receptionists all smiles, gave me a warm welcome, a tablet to watch whatever while I waited for the doc. I like decoration of the waiting area, never seen any dental clinic like that! Terrific experience!

Made the switch to Mint dentistry and had an awesome visit. What I loved is how nice, helpful and knowledgeable everyone was. They were very thorough and made sure that I was very comfortable. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I left with a clear understanding of what I had done and any future treatments needed. Im looking forward to using them for alk of my dental work.
