We were very disappointed in the treatment we received at Encore. Their advertised $79 new patient special was misleading - resulting in $350 billed out and paid for by our insurance company. Without our permission our teenaged daughter was given a panoramic in addition to several other X -rays, a poor cleaning , and brief visit by the dentist who did not take the time to discuss anything with us as we waited for two hours. When she finished and we asked why we had no consult, the nurse pulled her chart and said she just needs her wisdom teeth out. When we asked for our x-rays, we were told to sign a paper to release a paper copy of the x-rays and pay $35. This is a fast-food dental practice. Avoid it at all costs!

I had a great experience with Encore. I saw Dr. Bland, the oral surgeon, on an emergency basis after neglecting my oral care for many years. I saw her for a tooth extraction and she made me feel very comfortable after having bad experiences in the past. Dr. Bland was very informative about all of my treatment options. The extraction was very fast and painless. Her assistants were also kind and informative with the post operative instructions. The front desk staff was friendly and the wait time was short. Id recommend this practice and plan on returning for future treatment.

My husband loves Encore Dental of Shrewsbury. Dr. Doran is an amazing dentist, who really cares about his patients. He took such good care of my husband. My husband was an apprehensive patient and hated going to the dentist. After seeing Dr. Doran and Vanessa the Hygienist, he was so happy. The staff there is friendly and personable. They really take the time to explain everything and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I love Encore Dental! I had the worst tooth ache and they got me in right away. Turned out I had a bad tooth and I needed a root canal. I had heard that root canals were so painful so I was very nervous but Dr. Doran and the staff were very patient and reassured me that I would be fine. The procedure was very easy and the Dr. was very quick and efficient. Thank you so much!! I recommend to everyone I know!

My family and I have recently started going to this office and we love it! My mother and Aunt always tell me how they love Dr. Doran. Hes very nice and patient. We left the office knowing we are in good hands. Our experience here gave us a better feeling about going to see the dentist. The office is beautiful and clean and all the staff are friendly. One of the best dental experiences that I have ever had! The staff and Dr. were all friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone was very efficient, I was seated almost immediately after I signed in and was treated with care. I will definitely be back to continue my treatment. The people in this place are amazing! My son and I recently started using this dentist and we cannot be happier with their staff and the dentist. They really make it an enjoyable experience. If you want a dentist and staff that make you want to go to the dentist look no further. Even if you have a dentist now I highly recommend making an appointment and checking them out.

I was referred from a friend to go to Encore dental. I am so glad that I did! The place was so clean. As soon as I got checked in, I got called back right away. Then I was told I needed a root canal and the specialist Dr. Yang saw me the same day. Her and everyone there was so nice and very gentle. Encore is a place I would highly recommend!

Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience, but having such a personable and skilled hygienist made this visit a little more durable. Absolutely the best dental office around! Dr. Doran was extremely patient and caring and made me feel very comfortable, especially since I am afraid of going to the dentist! Great office and staff. Samantha the hygienist was very sweet and informative. She makes you feel at ease at your appointment. I have had a high fear of the dentist and this is my first time back in 10 years. She was so patient with my frequent breaks and questions. She is a five star in my book!!!!!!!!!

I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled today, and I was absolutely terrified! However, Dr. Elisa Bland made it a very pleasant experience (as pleasant as a wisdom tooth surgery could be). She made sure I was comfortable and the procedure went by so smoothly. I have no complaints!
