I have been going to this dentist for a little over a year now, and its been a great experience. This dentist office actually kind of saved my life! Before coming here I had been going to a "high-end" dentist, but he was having problems with my insurance. After speaking with some of my family members, I was recommended here. At my consultation, Dr. Kumar identified an infection in my tooth, which the dentist I had been seeing prior was going to just put a crown on top of. I had the tooth extracted. The process and post-treatment all went well. The surgeon extracting my tooth was not as kind as my dentist, Dr. Nishi Kumar, but he wasnt mean either. Just there to do his job, not build rapport with clients I guess. Anywho, Dr. Kumar is so amazing! She possesses such a diligent work ethic and genuine spirit. She takes pride in her work, and most importantly, client satisfaction. The management team and most of the staff is always helpful and welcoming, and making sure youre comfortable. There are few like lackluster team members, but as previously mentioned, the office managers are dedicated, and Im certain theyll take any feedback into serious consideration. I was nervous about this location my first visit, because all regular dental work is done in a room with about 4 other open patient-cubicles; thinking it would be annoying or make me antsy hearing others get work done, but its all been well. Looking forward to continuing my oral health journey here. Will keep you updated as I find out more helpful information!

I rarely write reviews... But I feel compelled to talk about this place. Going to the dentist is the most dreaded thing Im forced to do... But after my appointment today I have a different perspective. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I was greeted my Ms Maria Andrade and her meticulous attention to detail was remarkable. She provided me with amazing service and eased all my worries. It surprised me to see a supervisor be SO hands on with not only me but all of the other patients. Not only that but the place was very clean and organized. Overall this place was beyond welcoming, I dont have the words to express that enough!! If anyone is having second thoughts about going dont give it anymore thought - seriously, go! Request Dr. Singer -- he was amazing... Didnt feel a thing!

there was some initial confusion about my appointment and also, the entrance to the place is hard to find. but, i give it 5 stars for one reason--AMAZING BEDSIDE MANNERS and real customer service! at least, they made me feel better before drilling my tooth! i was lucky to have a great dr. as well. lets call her "dr. lisa," hardly felt any pain. i am wondering whether the place has this consistency or whether they thought I was an inspector to be THAT nice to me! you must go there to get your teeth drilled just to see how nice it feels! SERIOUSLY! GO! (perhaps its still the anesthetic talking. i feel pretty, oh, so pretty!)

Today was my first and last visit to this facility. I actually didnt even make it to see the actual dentist as the reception staff put me off wanting to see anyone else affiliated with the DHA. The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. They provide NO PARKING and they are located in a downtown busy area.....my husband dropped me off and wasted almost 25minutes finding a space, which ended up being approximately 5blocks away from the building. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this location.

I came here in need of a a regular dental cleaning and Dr. Kumar was absolutely amazing! I had to get my cavities filled and was scared and she calmed me down and went at my paste. the only reason I would give them 4 stars is because the appointment time they give you is not the time they will see you ! The staff are friendly and very informative. I now see the orthodontist here Dr. Kim and couldnt be anymore pleased with the services !!! They also have free parking

The worst experience every time. The oral surgeon scheduler has been too busy everytime I attempt to schedule an appointment. Typical local establishment with the guaranteed delay. If you have to get an extraction, pray you dont have to schedule with Stephanie or youre better off at your local emergency room. There must not be any quality checks or audits in place, because this place is consistently providing unprofessional service.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to, my whole family comes here, they are the best in the area! Lots of their staff speak Spanish and the receptionists are very friendly. Dr. Singer is an excellent dentist, my son has always been afraid of the dentist and Dr. Singer kept him calm and was able to do all the procedures he needed without any fuzz. My wife was very pleased with her cleaning also. Highly recommended.

The quality of care and staff at Dental Health Associates is very good and their staff is very friendly. I currently have braces and the process was very clean, and I felt no pain at all. I had gotten a root canal a couple years ago and i also felt no pain. Their services are top notch. I have been going to this dentist for several years now and I can say that I wouldnt go to any other Dental Health Service anywhere else.

I couldnt be more pleased with their services. I have never had a problem with them, and i have been going to them for about 2 years now. They started off just doing a couple fillings, and then i chose them to do my braces. They have been a wonderful source of information about dental in general. They do payment plans, and they work with you. The receptionists are amazing, and the doctors are very personable.

DHA has the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The receptionists are cold, and lack common courtesy. The wait time is deplorable, anywhere between 30-50 minutes. During my second visit I waited 40 minutes, the office was chaotic and unkempt, so I decided to leave. The receptionist rolled her eyes as if I was doing something wrong. Please steer clear of this nightmarish office!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Nwobo is the worst dentist in history! Her attitude sucks, she talks to people like they are her children, the office staff is clueless, they always screw up your appointments and then have you waiting hours with no explanation. Please save yourself the pain and trouble and go to another dentist.

My experience at this location was amazing I went in on a Saturday for an emergency visit and by Tuesday I was seeing an oral surgeon for several extractions. This is now my kids dentist office and they are not afraid to go they love it and so do I as far as the receptionist I can careless they are rude but as long as me and my children dentist are good thats all that matter.

Today I took my 4 year old to see Dr. Dibb. She was so patient with my son and explained everything so well. She then gave me options as to how we could go about fixing his cavity. Her staff was also great and made me feel so comfortable. Love it here!!! They were so good to my baby!! Thanks guys keep up the good work!!
