I cannot believe what happened to me today! I am so upset over this you will be hearing from me in an official capacity via e-mail which will be sent to the BBB, Yelp, and other media outlets. You had the potential to be my new family veterinarian. You had the potential to be a part of a non profit organization I am the president of! That would have brought you clients and business, on top of my personal dogs (10 exactly) and my Foster dogs. Unless you rectify this situation, I am done with your practice. I refuse to be taken advantage of as I must watch out for my family as well as those people who trust me for advice on where they can trust to take their pets for care. You have destroyed my trust and confidence over $70, but you lost so much more! You got your extra nonsense fee! Keep it! But you wont get another dime, endorsement or patient from me! I dont expect anything for free, but I expect fair, decent, honest, compassion and understanding; as well as customer service, satisfaction and paying it forward! The vet name associated with my organization will treat their clients with fairness and earn their trust... If you do it to me not realizing who I am, then what will you do with a struggling family trusting you as their family veterinarian. As well as the rescue I am associated with, who is mindful of donation dollars spent to treat multiple dogs. I am disgusted, shocked and disappointed!

I have a 7 year old American Pitbull Terrier and after reading the other review stating the unnamed Dr. had a negative bias towards Pitbulls I was very hesitant to keep my appointment. However, I was referred by a friend and she assured me the entire staff was friendly and genuinely cares for all animals. I took my dog there today and saw Dr. Taylor. He took excellent care of my boy and not once did I feel any of the staff had judged my dog by his breed. As a Pitbull owner you encounter many ignorant and negative people who often discriminate against your dog, which sometimes makes it difficult, at least for me, to know who you can trust for the care of your pet. Thats why I feel its important to share my experience at this office. Dr. Taylor was thorough and informative. The techs were gentle and caring. I hope any other Pitbull owner looking for a Veterinarian doesnt dismiss this office based on the above review. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and the staff at Tuscawilla Oaks Animal Hospital

Our dog almost died from negligence and incompetence on the part of Tuskawilla Oaks Animal Hospital. It cost us over $7000 to save his life, and the hospital did not compensate us in anyway for their negligence. They made several mistakes that almost resulted in the death of our dog but they dont care. They definitely put profit over ethical behavior and best practices. I hate to write a bad review about anyone. I debated about whether or not to write it but after several polite attempts where we tried to get the hospital to step up and do whats right, we feel that letting others know our experience will help people who love their pets make a better decision about where to and where not to bring their pets. There are some many choices out there that its surprising to us that the hospital just does not care.

The veterinarians, technicians, and staff at TOAH are wonderful. Horrible treatment at another hospital in 2011 led my cat and me to the door of TOAH. Dr. Fullenweider helped explain to this very scared pet parent what had happened (steroid-induced diabetes) and ways in which to treat him. Dr. McPherson became my cats primary doctor and now is doctor to our little dog. She is thorough, methodical, compassionate, and patient. Dr. Taylor has also seen our dog and is just as excellent. TOAHs technicians and staff are also fantastic. My dog is not a fan of people at all. You would never know it at TOAH with her willingness to be pet and held by others. We make a 30-minute drive there, passing numerous other animal hospitals along the way. There is a reason they repeatedly win "best of" recognition.

We love this vet! We came to this office for a second opinion on a surgery for one of our dogs. Dr. Taylor was so nice and consoling to our dog and our needs as puppy parents. The surgery was a success and Dr. Taylor was great. He would personally call to see of our dog was doing and if we needed anything. We now take both of our dogs here and recommend them to all of our friends and family. There are also a couple office cats that walk around in the back. Punky is our favorite, they shave the cat like a lion and the front desk will give you treats to feed to the cats if requested. A great bonus, they match online prices for pet medications!

Excellent vet & office. We recently followed Dr. Taylor here from Waterford Lakes animal hospital for our cats. Hes a great vet, very thorough, and the animals respond very well to his pleasant manner. The other staff here are wonderful and very friendly; you really feel your pets are receiving the best care available. Prices are very fair, too, especially compared to other local vets. Veterinary care is never cheap, but you certainly dont feel taken advantage of here. Worth the extra drive and wholeheartedly recommended!

I was shocked when I called to get prices on basics shots the only thing they told me was it was $50 for office visit and the tech than would work up a sheet on all I want done and than give me a price . I have never had a vet not have prices of what rabbies, distemper , other shots cost. Its not like I was bringing her in for surgery. So to not be able to give me that and walk in blindly on the price is crazy . When I mention I would go someplace else the new girl told me ok do what you want. Very rude

We have been using TOAH for many many years. They have cared for 5 cats and 6 dogs (lab, 2 catahoulas, jackabie, dauschand mix and pitbull) over that time and have always shown them the care and attention that you would hope for from a good doctor. They keep us informed to new information, offer alternatives and generally do whatever they can to keep you and your pets happy. I hope that everyone gets care as good as we have found here.

I have been going here for years and I love the staff and veterinarians that have helped my pups. They are very considerate and always provide the best care. I found and rescued a dog, that was dumped and took him here to get checked. They provided excellent care and also donated some flea meds, antibiotics and a nail trim. Thank you so much TOAH for being amazing and taking the best care of my babies

We started here in 1996 with Dr. Rubenstien! Its now 2017. What more is there to say except that we wouldnt go anywhere else! Dr. Janice F and Dr. McPhearson have been our families caretakers for decades. We live over and hour away...They go above & beyond with our pets care. The entire team is courteous, professional & we love them too! Thank you to the entire TOAH staff.

We took our Zoe to Dr. Fullenwider for about 2 years before she passed away. Janice was the best vet I have ever taken an animal too. Extremely compassionate people there. I loved the fact that we could call on a weekend and get a call back in an emergency. Dr. Fullenwider did everything possible to make our dog better. We cant thank her enough for what she did.
