They are great, they have always tried to help my pets to the best of their abilities. It can be pricey but thats the cost associated with pet ownership and being a responsible pet owner. They take most forms of payment except American express and also accept care credit as a form of payment if need be. They know that I have a terminally Ill dog that is very expressive to keep up with his treatments so they always offer me little discounts on items here and there which Id a nice gesture. They are always very upfront about the cost involved for procedures and treatment and will recommend the best option to you instead of trying to take advantage of you and your emotions and make as much of a profit as possible. The staff there is great and they always remember me and my pets which saves me the trouble of explaining everything over and over again. Dr. Chromes and Marie are the best!!

This is where my parents always brought our family dogs, and after I recently moving to the Ravenna area, I am so grateful to have them nearby. My dog started convulsing after apparently eating something toxic and they got her in right away. I was an emotional wreck when I walked in that door, but the staff went right to work and calmed both me and my pup down. I was updated the whole time she was being treated. After an IV, blood work, toxiban, and an afternoon of observation, my pup came back home. The staff is very compassionate and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you again.

Anytime you move to a new area you are nervous about finding the perfect vet for your pet. I read many reviews and I ended up going with Richardson I have to admit I thank all the others for the reviews and Im glad I did the staff was amazing, accommodating, get you in and out quickly. Highly recommended and if you live in the area its a short drive (maybe walk for some) away.
