This place is a RIP OFF I should have read the last review before I went there. We went through a bad flea infestation lately, and Ive taken my dog to this animal hospital, as it is near my place and convenient. The place was empty and I now know why. I left the place with a pill and a spray, but a $130 bill... A week later, I found tapeworms in her stools, which makes sense, after the fleas issue weve had. Also tapeworms are very recognisable by their size and shape. The place was empty again. No one phone call the whole time I was waiting there... This time Ive been given a pill and... a $84 bill ! I was charged $30 for them just examining the worms I brought them. Ridiculous. I was furious and voiced this was a rip off. The receptionist quietly said "I know" handing me the bill. Later I went online and found out that the same pill, same brand and ingredients, is sold $13 on a famous website carrying only pet medication. I gave them a call and even though I bought the medication 15 minutes earlier and it was still intact, they refused to take it back. Now I check reviews about their business on different websites (CitySearch, Yellow Pages...) and guess what, they either get 1star or 5 stars ratings. When you check the reviews for the 5 stars, youll find out that these are the one and ONLY review posted by the "happy customers"... which in reality means they are fake accounts. What a rip off !

The front desk staff at Curry Ford Animal Hospital are very rude and condescending. We boarded our dog for 5 nights and it required a mandatory bath... which is absolutely fine except we specifically said that we would pick him up first thing in the morning on the 6th day. Well they werent going to bath him until that afternoon and when I asked if I could just pay for the bath and take him home early (because I had to work) the front desk staff gave me an attitude and accused my wife of not informing her that we wanted to pick up our dog early. I wouldve happily paid for the mandatory bath and taken him with me but instead I was given a wet dog who was just dumped in a bucket of water. They lost a customer.

I think Dr Mole is very knowledgable and very good with my pet Mittens. She has been a sick little kitty on an off and he takes her in right away and gets her back to health. His staff is always the same when I go in which says a lot for him and I like that because they are friendly as well. I cant complain about his prices because 5 years ago I left where I was going because of high prices. Dr. Mole is reasonable with his charges I am very happy at his animal hospital.

We have enjoyed having Dr. Mole and his staff as our veterinarian for many years, and will continue to do so even though we live further away than we used to. Everyone there, from the Dr. to his vet assistants and the office staff, is always wonderfully helpful, friendly, compassionate, and caring of our pets. They always go the extra mile to give us great care. They always greet us and our pets like old friends, and we highly recommend them.

I have read some of the other negative reviews of this office. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Mole and his staff. They have always been extremely comforting and we have never felt rushed to get out of the office. We drive from Apopka to the office because of the love and care they provide to our dogs.

We really like to support local businesses but this place will not receive our support any longer. I would rate the doctor as okay. The staff/office manager on the other hand need training. They dont know how to run a Vet office and take care of customers. Just save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

After years of coming to this facility, sad to see what appears that the doctor has lost his passion for caring for the animals to the almighty dollar. Dont know if the techs work on commission, but one in particular sure pushes procedures and costly meds. They lost another customer.

The ONLY vet my animals have EVER liked. This is an amazing Dr. AND staff, so caring and knowledgeable. They also only recommend necessary stuff BUT they do inform us of available things we might be interested in at some future date. Love this place! Worth every penny!

Done with this place... they do everything they can to get a few more dollars and seem completely disinterested in the pet. Once youre in, its about getting you out; instead of taking care of the pet. We will never go back!

Dr Mole has been seeing my dog for years and she loves him! He is very knowledgeable and has over 30 yrs of experiance. His pricing is reasonable and he only recommends things if they are necessary.
