Very Pleasant Experience - I recommend this practice without reservation. I am new to the area and needed my 6.5 year old cat checked out. The staff was most accommodating even when I had to reschedule due to work demands. My cat is not a crowd lover so he was quite nervous. Everyone was considerate and compassionate to his anxiety. The Dr. was very open to my questions and gave a thorough exam. Within 15 minutes not only did the Dr. have an accurate diagnosis of what ailed my cat, but was giving me options of what needed done now and what could be held off and done over time. All this without sacrificing any immediate care my cat needed. I now have a very happy cat without tapping my kids college funds. I am a very satisfied and will be visiting the practice again for all my pets medical needs.

I have been taking my pets to Pershing Oaks for the past 4 years, I always go on Wednesdays to see Doctor Nanette Wagner. Dr. Wagner saw a problem with my Chihuahua PJ a couple of years ago, and immediately went into action, referring me to Dr. Smith a specialist in Maitland, if it was not for Dr. Wagners attention to detail and to the urgency in this matter, I would not have my PJ with me today. Dr. Wagner is an outstanding Vet, and a very humorous person to associate with, she brings professionalism and a touch of humor to the room when she attends to my 3 dogs, PJ, Bessie and Priscilla. Thank You Dr. Wagner for all you do for my "kids" I appreciate this more that you can imagine. Jim Bryant

I was referred to Pershing Oaks by a neighbor when I moved into the neighborhood. I find them to be extremely competent and caring towards all of my dogs, Beaureguarde, Cuddles, Rufus and Daisy Mae. They even saw my "granddog" when my son was out of town and took care of her as if they had for years. Dr. Wagner really knows what to look for and will tell you outright what needs to be done. She hasnt missed yet on her diagnosis and treatment. Though my physician and I get along great I wish she were a "human" physician as well. The pets are so lucky to have her. The entire staff gets to know the pets and treats them as their own. Good job everyone at Pershing Oaks!

Have used this vet for 4+ years. I was satisfied. I had a 14 year old ShitzTsu who was dying and was treated with indifference when I called to request that the dog be euthanized. I was told that I had to make an appointment for an exam by the doctor and the doctor would make the decision to euthanize. My beloved pet was dead within 4 hours of that call. He suffered during that time and died with my husband holding him in his arms. Euthanasia is the choice of the owner, not the vet. I knew Frankie was dying and needed help, but they abandoned me. I will no longer take my other dog to them.

Everyone was so pleasant and took the time to interact with my dog Juno. There was no pushy salesman lingo. I came in and asked for an allergy panel for my dog and was given alternative options and recommendations. In the long run, we opted for the allergy testing but we loved that they did offer other routes and even advised us they would be more cost effective. The Dr was obviously very caring and concerned. I would recommend to a friend.

OK, well it makes it hard to evaluate a business when they NEVER answer their phone OR call you back! I left a message about twenty minutes ago and havent received a call back and I have tried calling two other times, three in total and the voicemail picks up every time. They close in three minutes, so Im very disappointed with the service thus far.

The staff is wonderful! Took several cats there over the years and this is my go to vet! Dr.Gallo is so kind and compassionate! He put one of my moms cats to sleep,said a prayer and let me have a time alone with him. Go to this vet!!
