This review covers multiple visits over the last year. First, the staff have been either not friendly or have outright ignored me. On more than one occasion, the person checking me out was not polite and never even made eye contact with me. One of those times, I was just standing there (literally 3 feet away from these people), while the doctor and the other girls at the desks were just chatting away. Again, never even acknowledging I was there. A "well be with you in one moment" would have sufficed. I am a polite and patient guy. I go out of my way to treat people right. I cant think of anything I would have done that would cause them to treat me any differently than any of their other customers who are leaving these glowing reviews. For what its worth, I was also told by a staff member of our boarder/daycare that when they called for records, the person on the phone was "rude" which did not come as a surprise to me. The other strange thing about this place is that I literally never met the doctors. Not as much as a "hello, Im doctor so-and-so". They dont bring you into the rooms while they treat your animal; they never did for me anyway. They just leave you in the waiting area. I would much rather be in the room to help calm my dogs anxiety. We were always in the room with our dog at our previous vet (who we loved). I cant comment on any of the assistants because the only interaction I had with them was when they called our dogs name and took her back to the room. Anyway, I had my first visit Lake Nona Animal Clinic today and they were awesome. The staff was friendly and I accompanied our dog to the room. The doctor and her assistant were polite and affectionate with our dog and you could tell they are animal lovers. I have no idea if all our future visit will be this way, but it was certainly a great start.

Im being taking my dogs to this clinic since 2011 , 38 miles from my house but since day one We refuse as a family to change to a near Clinic just because the sttaff and mainly the Owner/Doctor ( Dr Anne Scholl) very professional and friendly, I never wrote a review in my life but is time for this one, today one of my dogs showing a weird behaviour and difficult for him to walk or jump, I reached Dr Scholl at 6:45 AM for help, knowing i have no appointmet , She answered me 20 seconds later telling me to be at the clinic at 8am and she personally will take care of my dog, I went..She was there, evtg on time and the way she tooked care of my pet, the way she talked to me about the problem... makes me write this, She is absolutely amazing professional and more important an amazing person, I really think a 5 star review is a low score for her and the staff there, I will give to this clinic a 500 stars!! , thank u Dr Scholl and thank u to everybody who work there, u guys are really superstars!

Weve taken all our chihuahuas to Banfield and moved away from the nearest one about a year ago. When our chi, Zeek, got sick, we took him to Chickasaw Trail Animal Hospital. The vet came out to get him personally and explain what they would do when they took him back. The explanation was very clear and after the exam, she took the time to explain what he was going through and that his prognosis wasnt great, but they were optimistic. He ended up not making it, but the experience we had there was such that when we got a new puppy, we took him there to get his check up and vaccines. Now all our chis go there and always will! The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is that they were so optimistic that it got our hopes up that he would make it, and when he didnt it really hurt. I think a more realistic approach can sometimes make bad news easier to swallow.

Chickasaw Trail Animal Hospital is a very clean facility with staff that is kind and caring. I brought my kitten in a few months ago about a week after I got him from the shelter because he had a nasty upper respiratory infection and an eye infection. I was given medication and sent on my way. The reason I gave this facility 3 stars is this... I have worked with horses cats and dogs for my whole life and I have never experienced a veterinarian who will call you every single month for four months straight because the "prescription" for advantage multi is up!! THEY GAVE ME A TRIAL!!!! Honestly it made Max sick so I decided to go with more natural choices. When I told the girl this over the phone it seemed like she was flipping through her book of reasons that I needed to bring max in.

Over the weekend I found some pretty sickly kittens. I had no idea what to do or where to go. A neighbor told me about Chickasaw Trail so I decided to bring them there. They were beyond wonderful. Everyone was warm and welcoming; the front desk, the vet tech, and Dr. Scholl especially. They saw me right away even though I didnt have an appt. Dr. Scholl gave me a courtesy exam and helped with medications. They were very thorough and were so kind and compassionate to them and patient with me and all my questions. If this is how they treat a walk in, I can only imagine the kind of care and dedication that goes into every day. I will recommend them highly and all my pets will be their clients.

We have been bringing our dog to Dr. Minton at Chickasaw Trail Animal Hospital for nearly two years now. From the first visit we knew we wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff is great, Dr. Minton is great; as a team they work together to make us feel like we are their most important clients. Dr. Minton does an excellent job making sure that we know we can call anytime and speak to her directly - not something you experience everywhere! Weve moved to the other side of town and still commute here (about 25 miles) because they are just that awesome! Keep it up! Highly recommend!

We have been coming to CTAH for about 15 years. They all have lovingly taken care of our pets and treat them as if they are their own...........from the excitement of getting a new kitten or puppy ....to the tears and the kind & caring words at the loss of one. I highly recommend CTAH - the Doctors are great and the entire office staff is wonderful. We have moved since starting with them and there are many Veterinarians close by, but CTAH is worth the extra drive for us ...especially since our pets deserve the best!

My wife and I have been in Orlando for more than 30 yrs. We had been to several vets over the years and none were very impressive. We had a very sick cat and the vet we had been going to told us we to put him down. We decided to get another opinion and a friend recommended Chickasaw Trail Animal Hospital. They were able to prolong his life for another three years. Everyone from the Vets to the office personnel cares about not just the pets but their owners as well. We would not recommend anyone else.
