Absolutely wonderful experience. Every staff member from start to finish from the front desk to the surgeon have all been excellent. Everyone is friendly and professional. Smooth and efficient and yet I never felt rushed. As an area Optometrist I only entrust my eyes and my patients eyes to the best and these guys are IT! I have been referring to them for years and finally decided after seeing their stellar results on others that it was time for myself and I couldnt be happier. My wife is now jealous and wants to be next in line...expect my brother may follow. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone. Dr. Mary Rauch - Awesome, Dr. Scott Jaben - Awesome. In August 2016, I was fortunate to have PRK (another form of Lasik) surgery. From my consultation to my aftercare, the entire staff and doctors were very warm and inviting. I received a very thorough eye examination and an even more thorough info session during my consultation. I appreciated that the team did not pressure me into doing the surgery. I walked away well-informed and ready! On the day of the surgery, Dr. Jaben gave an in-depth description about the procedure. It literally took about 15 - 20 minutes and was painless! My recovery was a lot longer than regular Lasik, but it was worth it! Honestly, with glasses and contacts, I dont think my vision was this clear!!!!

Dr. Jaben is absolutely amazing as well as the staff. I have better than 20/20 vision and I had my LASIK yesterday. The corporate office on the other hand is completely incompetent, they didnt know how to connect me to my local office and could answer zero questions. Try to get the office number and only use it. If you get the corporate office give up.

I was very nervous for my LASIK but the staff at TLC made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I never imagined it could be as easy as it was. Excellent experience with TLC! They took the time explain, answered all my questions and made sure I was a good candidate for LASIK. 5 days post surgery and Im seeing perfectly. This procedure is life changing for anyone dependent on contacts or glasses. I would highly recommend TLC!

What an awesome experience! Dr. Jaben talked and explained the entire procedure during the surgery. He was caring and gentle. Its like a miracle. I have been wearing glasses since I was 13 years old and in such a short time I dont need them. Thanks to his staff for everything.
