Everyone in the office treats you in a very friendly and professional manner. Their equipment is excellent and I am very satisfied with them. Dr. Cowling is personable and professional and you feel like he is truly concerned with you because I believe he is. His staff are all very competent and caring. Their services are prompt and they keep you apprised regarding status of your glasses deliveries. They give you the extras, microfiber glass cleaners, free refills of the glass cleaning fluid and adjustments on a walk in basis. They are the only place I would recommend to friends.

Receptionist was very friendly over the phone and my overall visit went well. However, patients that are going in for an annual exam, should be informed that their eyes are going to be dilated when scheduling their appointment. This is especially important when you consider the fact that a lot of people work on computers. The office was clean and Dr. Cowling is a very friendly, professional, and lively person with great bedside manner. The phone number is incorrect on this listing.

Professional yet personable! The staff is super friendly and very easy to talk to. They really take an interest in every individual. Dr. Cowling is very laid back and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when I go in for my exam. They answer all my questions and educate me on eye health and new technology. They are very up to date with the latest technology. The eye exams are very thorough. I would definitely recommend Cowling Eyecare and I do!

My husband and I couldnt be happier with our experience at Cowling Eye Care. We are snowbirds and have been to many eye care places .This was the best weve ever been to . The Doctor and staff couldnt have taken better care of us . Were back in Michigan now and we constantly get comments on how unusual our frames are . Dr. Cowling is very detail oriented and has all of the latest equipment. His waiting room is comfortable but I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes while they review my chart etc. His staff is so caring and professional. I will never forget how kind Julie was to my late sister. Any time I need my glasses tightened etc. they do it quickly and free of charge. They also supply me with a handly glasses cleaner and free refills

Excellent experience. Wait time was not long at all, but what impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff. Very friendly, professional and quick to put you at ease. Dr. Cowling is incredibly thorough and takes time to talk and answer your concerns. This is my second visit and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my routine eye care.
