This has never happened to me before with an eye doctor but I had to wait over an hour to be seen even after making an appointment. The people working at the front desk showed little concern about the wait and even got angry when I decided to leave. I felt like there was clear tension every subsequent visit which made me feel uncomfortable to come back. They also got my prescription wrong THREE times and I had to keep going back because I couldn’t see far away, was seeing double vision or couldnt see up close. I still am not 100% happy with my vision in these contacts but its better then before. They said this was normal to get it wrong sometimes but that has never happened to me before. Some of their staff is really nice while others not so much. Also, it looked dark and creepy in there and was kind of dirty. I dont know if that matters to you but it did to me. I probably will not be going back once my prescription runs out.

I have been a patient at this office for many years and I always love going there. Dr Smith and her staff are always polite and helpful. Dr Smith takes the time to explain what is going on with my eyes and does a very thorough job of checking the health of my eyes. The staff is great at helping me pick out the most flattering and comfortable frames. I rarely have issues with my contacts but when I have they take care of me right away. I have been taking my kids here to be checked the last few years and they love Dr Smith, too. I cant imagine anyone better to take care of our family. We will definitely continue to be long term patients here!

I am going to make this short. I went there for glass prescription, they botched it. I had to get a second opinion where they confirmed the glasses were not done properly, they treated me like it was my fault. Eventually they re-did the glasses. Glasses are poor quality but the frame is 400$. Go figure. Rude office manager got upset because I got upset at the fact that they were telling me it was my fault the glasses had been done wrong. Will never go there again or take my family to this office. I cant understand how this system is awarding them 4 full stars when they clearly have plenty of low scores, If I could leave a 0 I would.

My father was in the hospital and I was late for my appointment. I was there 10-12 mins late and they told me I had to reschedule because they have 10 mins cancelation policy but past 2-3 years I was there I had to at least wait 30 mins to see the doctor but they couldnt wait for me less than 15 mins when my father was in the hospital? Well I wont be going there again! They were rude I told them they can even call the hospital to confirm my story they said they dont have to. Jusnt think about what kind of people work there.

I would not recommend this office for purchasing eyewear with a prescription. It took 37 days to receive my glasses only to have the order completely wrong and lens not polished. My eyewear was sent back 2x and yet they still are not polished. No one can provide me with an order showing what was done to my glasses. I have been wearing glasses my entre life and for some reason they pretend that the order is correct and put blame on others. Please do not waste your time.

Go elsewhere. The blond receptionist and Dr. Smith are, at the least, NOT human-friendly in any way - too bad since they work with humans. Dr. Schraeder is great, but after many years of lost lenses, 3 hour waits, mixed up appointments and general incompetence with records, the balance has tipped from convenience to my job to get the hell outta this practice and find yourself a real team of people who want to be there for the patients.
