Dr. Still was really pleasant and helpful, but I can not say the same for the staff. When I arrived, they did not have me down for my appointment, even though I received a text message confirming the time earlier this morning (a communication error I was willing to overlook). But, I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:15 appointment and left at 1:48 after my exam. People were placing orders and leaving for lunch while I waited to have someone ring me up. The young woman at the desk was very inexperienced and assisted me with checkout after making me wait 15-20 minutes because shes "technically not allowed to do it". Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office.

I wished I had checked these reviews prior to my visit. I started with this office on July 23, 2016 and still do not have my glasses. 3-5 business days is more like 10-18. Then when they finally came in they were wrong - but I tried to wear them. I went back as I could not wear them and they had me see the doctor for a "recheck". and my glasses were wrong - had to send them back. She said 3-5 days - but it has been a week. The frames did not even really look like the ones I picked out either. I too have used my insurance for the next 2 years. I would not even trust my prescription to take some where else. Still wearing old glasse.

One lens in my glasses was totally wrong. They did recheck me again, and send the glass back for the correct lens, but still, that was another 10 days of waiting. The dr told me my eye must have just been doing well that day and gave a false reading. Really? My eyes are bad, they dont have "good" days. I am hesitant to return

Took my youngest boy for an eye exam and to get his first pair of glasses. He was a bit nervous but the staff were all very friendly and the dr had alot of patience when dealing with his squirming all around. In all it was a pleasant and we will definitely use them in the future! Thanks for everything!

Worst experience ever. Trying to get my daughter contacts and glasses and we are now on our 5th visit. And I have no choice but to continue dealing with them this year because we used up our insurance. Once we get this straightened out and a copy og her prescription, we will NEVER be back.

Friendly staff, able to get appointments in quickly, doctor we saw was very good. When husband couldnt find frames he liked more than the ones he already was wearing, they were able to add new lenses to his old frames. Not 5 stars because the frames selection was smaller than Id like.

From the time I made my sons appointment up to the visit the staff was pleasant,friendly and helpful. Dr. Still was just the same and made my son feel very comfortable. I did appreciate the opportunity to experience the kindess that was shown and will return to do business with you

I was informed twice that my glasses were ready, but the staff was unable to order the correct lenses per my instructions. It has been a total waste of my time twice. I have informed corporate headquarters. In the future I will take my busyness elsewhere.

Very nice and very helpful staff. Monique was fantastic. They know what theyre doing. They can even tell you just what your insurance covers before you choose your glasses or any options for your lenses. The optometrist is great.

Why do they take sooooo long for glasses to come Ive been waiting for 8 days I need them.3stars Bc the Otis and piper frames were really small and not into my liking,I did get one thats okay though.

Hands down the best eye exam experience Ive ever had. Dr. Keller was very kind and professional. She was very thorough and patient. The rest of the staff was also very friendly! Highly recommended!
