Receptionist was not helpful in finding any appointment earlier than a month later. Called with a cracked tooth (enamel removed exposing the softer pulp). Needed an appointment quickly. Not what I would classify as "quality customer service". She also didnt recommend an alternative dentist. I wont be using this dentist office since the gate-keeper (receptionist) made no attempt to accomodate a new patient with an urgent dental need.

The office manager at Dr. Dabbs office was not only unfriendly but down right rude. She seemed very annoyed and impatient with me when I gave her my new insurance card. The cleaning was great but when it was time for Dr. Dabbs to inspect my teeth he gave me an entire 2 seconds of his time. Ive also heard from other patients that they are not very sanitary and do poor/sloppy work. I will not get anything but a cleaning at this office.

I love Dr. Satterly and I will use him for as long as I live near him. I had a terrible accident and no dental insurance. I have worked with their office to resolve my broken teeth in a reasonable and affordable way. I saw other dentists and it felt like a high pressure sale when I was already uncomfortable and afraid. I am so happy to have found this practice and really appreciate their non-emotional, common sense approach.

I have been going to Dr. Dabbs for many years now. The service is always great! I dont know why people are complaining about the service. The dental assistants are always so nice and do such a great job that Dr. Dabbs doesnt need to spend much time correcting any mistakes! They also finish the appointments very quickly too! Im usually in there no longer than a half hour including my wait to go to a room.
