When I first came to Lexington Park Dentistry and met Dr. Tamara Strouth, I never imagined it would change my life. I first came here because I had found out about the usage of Botox for TMJ. I have severe TMJ that correlates with my migraines. I constantly grind and clench my teeth throughout the night and day which causes me severe migraines. Because of this, I miss days of work as well as lost time with my family. I started getting Botox injections in my jaw and temple region for my TMJ which greatly reduced my pain in my jaw as well as my number of migraines. Soon, Dr. Strouth began practicing the Botox for migraines injections. I’ve seen 3 neurologists and 2 doctors for my migraines with no relief and already had a horrible experience with a neurologist administering me the Botox for migraines. I had the worst side effects and was out of work for 2 months. I was pretty hesitant at trying this again, but Dr. Strouth assured me she used a smaller needle, injected slower, and didn’t go as deep. I found out after talking with many people on a chronic migraine page, that it’s the person who administers the Botox is what makes the difference. After still missing out on life due to my migraines, I decided to let Dr. Strouth give me the Botox for migraines since I’ve been doing great with her with the Botox in my jaw. She uses a smaller needle than my neurologist and I barely felt anything during the whole procedure. I wasn’t sore the next day like I was previously. The following week, I felt completely fine and I’ve been able to live my life again for the first time in years. I can finally have a career, enjoy time with my family, and live the life I’ve always wanted. From seeing numerous doctors and neurologists, all it took was for me to walk into Lexington Park Dentistry and meet Dr. Strouth. For anyone who is dealing with migraines, please see Dr. Strouth. I was getting migraines 4-6 times per week, now I’m down to maybe 1 light one per week.

If I could give 10 Stars, Believe me I would! Also, I have never taken the time to write a review about anything...but here I am. I have always dreamed of having a Beautiful, Perfect smile my WHOLE LIFE! I am 31 years old, and there is not one picture with me smiling with my teeth showing. When I first came to Lexington Park Dentistry, I was nervous. I have always been nervous going to dentists because of how horrible my teeth were. But every single time I have gone to them they have always made me feel more comfortable than I ever have been at a dentist office, which is saying alot. Every time I have gone in there they always remember my name, everything about me and even remember everyone they know that I know and ask how they are. A few weeks ago I went in to get impressions and the assistant, Sarah, made sure to pop in my room and check on me and see what everyone thought of my smile so far. I thought it was so incredibly sweet. Dr. Amin and his assistant Sarah are two are the greatest people I have ever had the privilege of working with! I CAN NOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! They have worked with every step of the way! Today I went in to get my permanent top 6 front teeth in. I have to say THEY LOOK AMAZING!!!! I cried as soon as I got to my car! I never thought I would have that perfect smile, and here it is, I do! They did not have much to work off of in the beginning but some how they made it work. I completely trust these people and recommend them to anyone and everyone! Especially anyone who has very bad teeth and have always been to scared to take that first step to achieve a perfect smile. They are 110% worth it! They are THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Absolutely the best! I have been a patient for more than 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about the entire practice - first class. I have gotten great care - everything from beautiful crowns to a device to eliminate my sleep apnea - very important to me since I have heart issues. I usually see Dr. Strouth - she has a gift for dentistry - she is artistic, scientific, and professional with unbelievable motor skills (also very nice) Dr. Amin has also been great when I have seen him. The entire staff does a great job and the office has the latest and best of everything - Could not give a better recommendation - they are the best. I feel like they are committed to me and insuring that I have a lifetime of good dental health. I am very pleased with my care and the entire experience.

Dr. Strouth has been my dentist for over 18 years. From the moment you enter the office, it is evident that they are focused on the quality of care for their patients. Ive had a variety of services over the years (cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, whitening, invisalign, etc.) and have always had a stress-free, gentle, positive experience. My children have also been patients there since the start of their dental care needs and actually look forward to their appointments! They are continually offering new services and the latest advances in dental healthcare so I know that my family and I will get the best care, no matter what needs we may have at any stage of life.

I have neglected receiving dental care for several years, always putting it last on my list of things to do. I became embarrassed to go and of course then I put it off even longer. I knew I had some things going on in my mouth that were making me unhealthy. Dr. Strouth and the staff at Lexington Park Dentistry couldnt have made me feel more comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door, they were very hospitable, comforting, kind, helpful with anything I was unsure of and explained things in detail. I have received excellent care and now have a healthy mouth and great teeth! I tell all my friends and family to go see the staff at Lexington Park Dentistry.

Lexington Park Dentistry provides the best dental care. Dr. Strouth and Dr. Amin have an award winning reputation in our community. We are so lucky to have this amazing team in our area. Each visit they show me the same devotion and passion as my first appointment 15 years ago. The entire staff is professional, warm, and welcoming. You are always greeted with a smile. All the hygienists are friendly. I love Carrie for my cleanings. She is so gentle and caring. The office is beautifully decorated, so clean and the rooms are comfortable. I appreciate all the care they have given me over the years. You are treated more like family then a patient.

Five stars are not enough. I had a host of issues and was basically terrified to visit another dentist. A friend recommended Lexington Park Dentistry. I am forever grateful! Dr. Amin and staff are caring, kind and professional. The atmosphere is very calm which was exactly what I needed. Dr. Amin addressed all of my dental problems which included Invisalign to correct my bite. I had no idea it would have such an impact. I thought I would have TMJ pain for the rest of my life but its gone. My experience here has been the best. I cant say enough about their kindness and compassion. I will be a patient for life.
