I was a patient at this office for approximately 14 years. For the most part the staff was decent, with a few exceptions, but just recently I had to cancel my appointment 16.5 hours before it was scheduled due to a conflict with my work schedule (and I work in a professional licensed office) and 2 days later received an invoice for $25 for a missed appointment. I was shocked and upset. I contacted their office upon receipt and was told by their office manager that because I did not cancel within 24 hours they had to charge the fee. I advised I would be looking for a new dentist and the office manages said "okay, I will mark you as inactive." Apparently their patients do not matter as much as they say they do. I am obtaining a new dentist and would not recommend this office to anyone.

cindy the office manager did the same thing to me. i had to cancel and reschedule.got hit with a 35dollar missed appointment bill. they allow ONE missed appointment for your entire life...then bam, they whack you. cindy is an ice-cold "ill mark you as inactive" so and so....they used up all my insurance, sent me to a specialist and back to them for a capping....of course, i had to pay out-of pocket for services i kept refusing until they pressured me to get them, then when the crown lengthening went bad, somebody had to fix their error....there is no room for discussion. pay or get out....its ok, it will come back on them in some other area of their life. its the way things go. they are all about the dollars as long as they are flowing in to them

Worst dental experience ever. Im still trying to fix the damage done by the dentist. After he used up all my insurance funds he refused to fix the problem. He put a large over sized crown in and that ended up causing me to have a root cannel that cost me $1,000. And Im still have same issues. Now having it removed. I regret ever going there in the first place. No integrity with this dentist.

Im an eight year patient of this practice. Pleasant environment, personable staff and reasonable prices. Ive never had a bad experience or procedure I felt was unnecessary there. Had a problem with a crown once and they replaced at their own expense. Doctor and staff are always willing to answer my questions. Five stars.
