Annoyed. First my husbands experience was very similar to some bad experience reviews we read before scheduling. We should have listened. They quoted us very reasonable prices with our insurance. The also said certain services would be covered which turned out to be untrue. Turns out someone "looked at something wrong". Mind you this is directly AFTER he had the work completed and he went to the front desk. We went back and forth between the insurance company and BS. My husband was back and forth on the phone for 2 days while at work and home to get this remedied. The actual work done/ services provided were good. This takes me to my experience. We entered my information online for them to call me and set up an appointment. We did this because we could not reach a human on the phone. They called me two days after the request. I missed the call by 5 minutes and tried to call them back literally 10 times thereafter. Their answering machine/ voicemail recording picks up almost immediately and is very long. I finally left a voicemail still during working hours that day (Thurs) and have not heard anything back. I even tried to call again Friday with same results. We chose this place ONLY because location convenience and they take our insurance. We will never use their services again and dont recommend them to individuals who need timely service and accurate quotes. Unfortuate

This guy is an absolute CRIMINAL. Will find anything wrong to charge you for to make as much cash off you as possible. Some examples: Floss only once in a while? Here, watch this 10 minute video on how to floss. Well charge your insurance company 35$. Seriously? Your gums look like they are receding, lets do a very painful measurement of them to see if theyre receding. Of course, charge you for it. (go back to old dentist, nope, no problems there) Never had any cavities in your life? Heres some really tiny ones that might cause problems later. We should fill them in. (back to the old dentist, nope, no problems here) Wisdom teeth perfectly fine, straight up-down and not bothering you, we should get those taken out. My wifes experiences were much worse, gave recommendations that were terrible, painful and expensive. Overall, a dentist with a shady used car salesman mentality looking out for his best interests to fill his pockets with more money!

Brought my son here for the first time today for a checkup. Everyone was very friendly, not at all judgmental or condescending like other dentists I have been to see. We were impressed with the courteousness of the staff and the dentist. We had no issues like the ones mentioned in other reviews. UPDATE: I am now a patient as well and I cannot say enough good things about this office and staff. My main concerns were cost, pain management and after care, and the whole staff went out of their way to help me get financed, keep my procedure completely pain free and offer follow up care. Pam and Aileni did an awesome job chipping away years of tartar from my teeth and Dr. Graver explained every step of my procedures so I felt comfortable and prepared. Tina also helped me secure financing to make my visits stress free. The whole staff is fantastic. This dental office went above and beyond what I expected.

One star is giving more credit than deserved. I have been taking my children here for roughly 5 years and was fine up until today when they charged me $65.00 cancellation notice because my son is sick and couldnt make his appointment TOMORROW!!! I gave over a 24 hour notice. They wanted me to bring my daughter still and just drag my son along. You guys are a joke and should not even be in business.

I told the sec that my wife has an emergency big tooth ache. complete disregard. She just told me "oh we dont have any openings for today." What kind of doctor doesnt allow for people to just walk in if they really have a true med emergency. Contingencies such as emergency is something any self-respecting Doctor should have n place. If they dont, shouldnt be in this profession.

After years of chewing tobacco and not going to the dentist I made an appointment with them . They only had kind words to say and helped get me back on track with my dental care. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently started taking my son there who is turning 3 years old. They are very good with kids. The dentist is also a magician.

I have been going to Beautiful Smiles for about 10 years now and even though I have moved further away from the practice, it wont stop me from going to my dentist appointments there! Dr. Graver is fabulous and Pam is the sweetest hygienist (also super knowledgable). I have always felt comfortable and know I am in good hands while there!

All of the staff were friendly from the moment we walked in. We felt very comfortable, my kids liked everything about their first trip to the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with children, they were excellent with my kids. I am even switching to this dentist office for myself. Come check it out!

Worst dental experience of my life. Way overpriced and customer satisfaction in non-existant. Fillings and crowns have all fallen out and partial doesnt fit correctly. Dentist wont do anything else since I didnt get my teeth cleaned by them in accordance with their schedule. Lost thousands in this office!

I have extremely terrible anxiety about seeing the dentist. This was my best experience. They calmed me down and helped me get a good cleaning that my teeth really needed. Pam was kind, caring, and just awesome! Thank you Beautiful Smiles for easing me through my anxiety.
