Thank goodness Im not a patient there. My boyfriend made an appt at 11am and waited over an hour to be seen. Which by the way never happened. He asked when he would be seen and The lady at the front desk told he his dentist wasnt even there yet. She was absolutely the worst. She treated him with disrespect, she was condescending and prejudice a complete holier then thou attitude.

Office is placed in a lovely developing area. Love the medical staff and the waiting room, they even have a play room for kids. Seems like a new estabishment. The only reason I am not going back is because of the receptionist, she seems very terse and has a weird unwelcoming, judgy vibe.

I have been going to Allure for about two years and it is a positive experience every time. Every staff member is so friendly and I always leave in a great mood. They are also flexible with rescheduling appointments and the wait time has never been long for me. Highly recommend!
