I have always had a fear of dentists. My first visit to Dr. Nagles office was very relaxing. His dental hygenist was funny and very professional. While she was cleaning my teeth she realized that I needed to have some more serious work done on my gums. (I didnt floss/I do now!) I was mortified and embarassed...who thinks about gums? I was glad I had no cavities! I know gum disease can be very serious but no one made me feel uncomfortable or inadequate (for not taking proper care of my gums). On top of that - there was an issue with my insurance on my second visit - instead of sending me out of the door until the issue was cleared up - Dr. Nagle went ahead and did the cleaning. Before I left I realized I had given the wrong insurance card - his receptionist simply recorded the correct information and resubmitted. She kept a smile on her face and treated me with respect. Thats the thing about his office - everyone is respectful, the place is immaculate, the music is great. Ill never fear the dentist again. Im not excited about having a scaling done but Im glad I picked this particular office!
