I really like both dentists. It is unfortunate that their staff is rude and unprofessional. I returned a call to confirm my sons appointment and to cancel mine. The staff member was unwilling to cancel my appointment. It took me saying multiple times that I wanted to cancel my appointment before she said she would do so and then promptly hung up on me. I called back to speak with the office manager who told me she was sure there was an extenuating circumstance that would explain why her employee would hang up on a patient. I explained to the manager that there was no reason for it. I had calmly and politely asked to have my appointment canceled - multiple times. The manager stated that since she didnt listen in to the call, she didnt know if that was true or not. At this point, I still dont know whether the appointment was canceled or not. I sincerely hope that the dentists consider finding new staff so that I can continue to take my son there.

My Kidz Dental is not only state of the art when it comes to dentistry but also has such kind, joyful, and vibrant staff who truly care and do anything to help their clients. I knew they were heaven sent and we would never go to another dentistry when my daughter had a freak bike accident which landed on her grown up front teeth in her throat. The office was so kind to open up immediately, take her in, and comfort her. If you look at her now you would of never known the trauma she experienced and her smile is beautiful as ever. My other daughter has dealt with severe anxiety and they have now built such a strong relationship with her that she is going back by herself. Huge victory! Highly recommended and truly are like family now, going on 4 years here.

I absolutely love Dr. Ramsey and the entire staff! Im a mom of 5 sons and they all enjoy the environment and feel comfortable in the dentist chair. My 3rd son is a stroke survivor causing him to have CP, autism, ADHD, and left vision field cut. We found Dr. Ramsey year she ago after going through several dentist who couldnt handle him and all of his disabilities. Over the years my son has gone from needing 6-7 of us to hold him down for just a cleaning (and not a single person complaining about this) to allowing everyone to work on him (with his help, of course)! He even hAd brain surgery last year to stop seizures and they sent him a get well card! These are the BEST group of people for your kids... caring, energetic and patient!

Ive been taking my son here for a while now and I absolutely love it!!! Not only is the staff amazingly friendly and warm but the atmosphere is very relaxing. My son is 5 and he loves going to the dentist. The staff accommodates to my schedule since I work nights by only calling me later in the day so I can sleep and I can schedule appointments later in the day as well. I tried a couple of dentist offices out prior to finding this one and Im so happy I made the switch. The staff is very open and great at explaining everything. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if youre looking for a great dentist that caters to you and your childs needs.

My young daughter hit her mouth a month or so back and from the second I called My Kidz Mouth Dental (our regular pediatric dentist) they were beyond helpful and caring. They were waiting for us as soon as we made it there, all the assistants and front desk were so sweet with my little girl and made her comfortable in whats never a comfortable situation! Dr Ramsey is super professional and great with parents and kids. She gave me options and her recommendation and took care of her so well. I love everyone there for how kind they are. An extraction later and my 2 year old still says she likes going to the dentist, so there you go!

Working in the dental field, Im overly observant about dental offices. I have to say I was blown away by the care my 3 year old son received. He was skeptical about going to the dentist, but the girls in the back were more than patient with us. I liked that Dr. Ramsey took the time to talk with me before my sons appointment so I wouldnt be turning him loose with a stranger. All of the office staff were extremely patient with my son. They even got him to sit still for xrays! I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Ramsey! Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful experience!

I walked in to this office and I noticed right away how friendly the staff at the front were. I have 15 months twin boys and I was by myself with my kids. While Dr. Ramsey attended to my eldest child the assistant helped watch the other child. They didnt cry at all and Dr. Ramsey did a excellent job cleaning their teeth. They enjoyed their little gifts afterward! We will definitely stay with Dr. Ramsey and My Kidz Dental and will recommend these dentists to our friends and family.

I wish I had more stars to give! Words cant describe the incredible experience weve had here. Right from the start the staff was amazing in working with my child to provide reassurance and comfort for a major procedure. Dr Ramsey even took the time on the first visit to sit down and talk with me. My son is now disappointed by the length of time between going back to see all his friends at My Mouth Kids Dental. I highly recommend going to their office to see why the ratings are so high.

My daughter has always hated going to the dentist until we found this one. Now, she looks forward to it! Dr. Ramsey takes time to explain things and answer any questions and the staff is always friendly (both on the phone and in person). Sarina takes good care of us as well! They have flexible scheduling and dont make you wait a month or two until they can fit you into their calendar for a cleaning. I would highly recommend this dental office and we plan on staying there long term.

My 6 year old and 8 year old had extensive work done. Everyone from the front desk to the procedure room in the back were professional and fantastic. My kids appreciated the kindness of the staff, and I appreciated the competency of the staff. Also- the whole office is new, clean, and set up with conveniences that make it all a better experience. Tablets to keep the kids busy, NickJr., toys, prize boxes... theyve figured out how to get kids to WANT to go to the dentist.

This place is fantastic. I took my daughter in for a cleaning and checkup around her 2nd birthday after her pediatrician told me it would be important to establish a routine and get her accustomed to seeing a dentist. It was so much easier and more pleasant than I expected! My daughter actually keeps asking to go back. They made it fun! Cleanliness is extremely important to me and I really like that everything is new and obviously very clean.

This is a wonderful husband and wife practice. My kids and I have been coming here for over 4 years and we love it here. Both Dr. Montoya and Dr. Ramsey are incredibly thorough in their exams and dental work, they are compassionate the patients and the staff and are great dentists. The staff is always pleasant and so friendly. Some people hate going to the dentist but not us. We feel like family as soon as we walk through the doors.
