I have no idea why people are writing good reviews about this place. Sure the staff is nice (not nicer than they have to be) and the doctor seems fine. Heres my story: I arrived 15 minute earlier for my appointment as a new patient (as advised) and didnt get to see the doctor until 45 minutes later. After my reviewing the Xrays with the doctor (a whole 15 min total), the receptionist politely asked me when to schedule my cleaning. I was SHOCKED. I scheduled for a routine cleaning and new patient general exam and NO staff member informed me that I would have to COME BACK for a cleaning appointment?!? Seriously, HUGE mistake on your staffs part. NO professional individual should make an appointment here. The only compliment I can give is to the nice young lady who took my xrays. P.S. There was another lady in the waiting room with me who waited 30-min past her appointment time too.

Aspen dental is the first and only place Ive gone to for all my dental work in Tulsa and I love all the staff. My husband and I waited way too long to get any work done and no one made us feel weird about it. I went into the denist horrified and now I am so proud of my smile. If you are wondering where to go, this is the place. I have several different instances on my reasons as well but Ill keep this review short. The first xray is free, they will give you an estimate on what the work will cost and if you dont have insurance like me they have financing. I can go on and on!

New patient appointments that are made with the New York based call center lead patients to believe they may be able to get a dental cleaning the same day as their new patient appointment, which is not necessarily so. Every new patient must have thorough x rays, hygiene exam and dental exam before treatment can be scheduled. This is the standard of care and Aspen policy. It is NOT the fault of the staff in that particular location. Aspen aims to ensure the highest standards and seek to provide a pleasant and comprehensive experience for all of our patients.

I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism the staff displayed. I wish the staffs that I had in the past would be like Alpens. The doctors were courteous and professional as well. I received 3 options as to what could be done for my situation. The gentleman that ran the business office gave me several payment plans. No one put any pressure on me to buy anything. While their costs for me seem high, I will explore other offices for reviews. Maybe they are not out of line at all on their charges. I recommend them VERY highly.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. I had two teeth pulled there yesterday. They where my back molars and i was dreading the experience. The doctor was so calm and he removed both teeth in less than ten minutes of pulling. I didnt feel any pain, just pulling. Whats more, hours later, I had no visible puffiness or bruising. I have had other molars pulled and i looked like I got in a car accident afterwards. Not this time!! I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

It was a pleasant experience in general. The cost of resolving my dental issues was so large that I am unable to proceed. I would have appreciated being shown a plan we could work to step by step to resolve my issues, yet was not shown one. It seemed they either wanted it all done at once or nothing at all. Everyone was extremely pleasant and it was a comfortable environment for sure. Very good and kind people working in that office.

Sadly this is the third time we have to wait over an hour to see the dentist. No one should have to wait for an appointment that long especially three different times. Second to is when we went in last time they told us that that had done all the work they needed to do. Yet when we finally get in again this time they tell us there is another root canal they think they need to do. Which means another chance to wait an hour or more being seen.

My experience at Aspen was extremely gratifying and actually enjoyable. The dental principals at Aspen exude such an exuberant warmth that I look forward to my appointments. My last appointment was no exception. The dentist was quite careful and very informative, keeping me apprised of every bit of activity before, during and after the procedure. They treat me as though I am some sort of royalty; I am not going to tell them that I am not.

My appointment was at 8 AM and staff were there to help me beforehand. The initial appointment paperwork is available online. I got right in. The nurse/assistant/tech who helped me was very nice and explained everything. This place is high tech. My doctor, Alexander Williams who I recommend, went over my xrays with me. They actually recommended some prescription toothpaste and rise which my last dentist failed to do. Love them!

Great dental practice!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Dentist are really nice and work well together. I really feel like I was in good hands with the care of my teeth. They are good at explaining everything and making sure the procedure is explained well and executed to the best of there ability. And if not they make it right and recommend you to the next steps you need to do to get the care you need.

The doctor I saw was creepy. Could barely keep his eyes open long enough to carry on a conversation. Ive never had a dentist give me a full neck and head massage..which really freaked me the hell out. Then proceeded to tell me everything I had been previously told by my other dentist was wrong. Change of insurance sucks, which is why I ended up there in there first place. Never again!

Employees are all nice. Much better than Broken Arrow branch. One employee at that location needs to keep his opinion to themselves. People go to dentist to have work done not hear politics and religion. So as much as I hate going to the dentist this is where I go. Best part is the hours so I dont have to miss work. Would be nice if prices were lower.

My last visit has made my confidence come in to question. There at the appointment but didnt get seen 40 minutes later only to get rushed to the office managers waiting room. The guy didnt really look and explain the procedure clearly and did not discuss any options with me or make me feel like I had an option.

First visit is free to see what is going on, which is awesome. I dont know anyone else that does that for you. Dr. Williams explained everything that needed to be done and was very kind and pleasant to be around. I would recommend Aspen Dental for anyone looking for a caring, professional dental practice.

From the front desk to the back, the staff was very friendly and they all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were all very confident and kept me informed. I had a very good experience and I will be referring anyone in need of great dental care, to aspen dental in Tulsa.
