If I could give zero stars I would. Great looking facility, incompetent people. Be careful of the office staff, they dont understand insurance or billing (if Christina answers ask for someone else). They ended up costing me a ton of money for appointments they claimed I needed. I of course went with the appointments since I am fully insured. I had a filling done that never felt right. I went back in to make sure everything was ok and was told the check up was free of charge. Somehow my insurance company was contacted about this "free" visit so when I went back a month later for my regular scheduled teeth cleaning, I wasnt qualified for payment from my insurance because I had been in the office too recent for my "free" visit. Since my teeth cleaning is usually included with my insurance, and I paid for any extras I got at the time of the visit, I was not expecting to get a bill so it went unpaid for 3 months. Instead of waiting to see me for my next visit or calling me themselves, they sent me to collections. Whats worse is they do a mediocre job at best. At my past dentist (I moved which made it so I had to find a new one) teeth cleanings would be thorough and around an hour long. At Dalrock Dental, I feel they do the same as brushing your own teeth and youre in and out in 30 minutes and the Dr may or may not check their work. Maybe its because this place is new, but they have a long way to get their act together. I will be looking for another dentist.

Im a grown baby when it comes to my Teeth. I freakin hate going to the dentist. I procrastinated this for way to long. Broken tooth is killing me and I couldnt take it anymore. Made the appointment here. I have to say these ladies at dalrock dental are some of the sweetest people. I told them about my nerves. They were the best. They kept talking to me which helped me not freak out too much. They made sure I was comfortable. When it was procedure time one of the assistants would lean over tell me its going to be OK remind me to breath when I was tensing and holding my breath. They talked me through everything. Nothing was a surprise. When I wanted more Novocain she happily obliged. Dr Opal and her staff are seriously the best. Better service than any Dr I have seen for anything. The only problem i have with them is that they only work on teeth. Lol. I need them for my general dr too!!!!!!! Then I would be the one stop shop. Haha. Either way. Thank you so much for helping me thru my experience. I have been there once since the extraction. I will def be back and recommend this dentist to everyone.

I had a horrible experience at this dentist the other day. Went in for a cleaning / exam. All they wanted to do was up sell me. They were recommending a deep cleaning and for the most part I do realize I could probably use however my portion was going to be an additional $450.00. Because of the time of year, Christmas bills ETC I asked them just to do a regular cleaning and I would have to come back for the deep cleaning when bills were not so tight. Then I seemed to just get ignored. I have now been here for over an hour and a half and still had not had my teeth cleaned. I had to get back to work and when I informed them I was out of time they told me if I came back I would have to pay another co-pay. I will never visit this dentist office again. If you don’t buy their extras they try and sell, they ignore you and won’t even do the basics.

I took my 3 year old daughter today to have her first real dentist appointment. They called a happy appointment. She loved everyone there. They were so gentle and nice to her making her feel extremely comfortable from the beginning. We especially loved Tiffany, the dental hygentist even who made her brave to be still enough so x-rays could be taken. My daughter left telling everyone her teeth were sparkling. Tiffany was so great to explain all of the tools there and what they were going to do in a fun way relieving her nervousness. We also loved Dr Anna. Im so grateful her first dentist experience was so positive. This will make her return visit even less nervous. Thank you Dalrock Dental!!

If you value your time take your business elsewhere! This place doesnt deserve the one star I gave them. Horrible experience not only once but twice. I took off work for a implant on two occasions and both times they did not get needed implant, nor did they call me to let me know. So I wasted my day off for nothing. No explanation or apology at all. I cant stand places that think they are doing you a favor by providing a service. It is the customers that are the ones providing income that they need to be successful, therefor we should be treated much better than I was in this case.

On Tuesday, I was in horrible pain, I cracked a tooth. I had taken so much advil, my stomach was upset. I didnt have a dentist so called random dentists in my way home. Dalrock took me in, gave me comfort, and examined me, gave me antibiotics. Set me up for extraction on Thursday. By then the pain has decreased greatly thanks to the antibiotics. Im not a good patient. They were kind, gentle, reassuring. The tooth was pulled by this dainty & tiny but apparently powerful DDS. Was impressed. I will go back. I would highly recommend.

A dentist refered me to an oral surgeon...but did not exactly tell me why when i asked him to refer me to an oral surgeon close to where i live..he said ge knew of no one and left the room. I called and spoke with Jessica at Dalrock Dental.. She helped me get the information from the dentist and was able to get me seen asap. The dentist I saw was very professional and help.

I have always had a wonderful experience at Dalrock Dental and it was even better today. Tiffany, the hygeinist, was new since my last visit and she was awesome. I just had a routine check-up, x-rays and cleaning and was very pleased. Dr. Opal is very nice as well but havent had to use her so far, as my teeth and gums are doing great❣

I have been to a lot of dentists over the years! Dr Cha is a great choice. The Office and staff and clean and polite. There is always a light and fun mood when I go in. They are able to work around my crazy schedule. Honestly I have never had a bad experience there. Love it, Highly recommend it!

The dental care facility should remove the care from its name. They are very unorganized when it come to the day to day operations. They dont notify you when they are in need of canceling an appointment because they are unprepared. Dont waste your time!

This was my fist time seeing Dr. Uppal and her staff. Absolutely Amazing! I never like going to the dentist and it was actually a "fun" experience and never once felt the numbing shots! I will defiantly have my teeth done on a regular basis with them.
