My family and I recently moved here from out of state and decided to give this place a try since its close to home and has very good reviews overall. I myself had not been to this office yet but my husband my elderly father who I take care of had. The first time I took my dad for an appointment, he waited almost an hour even to be taken back. When my husband went for his first appointment same thing. Both visits we ended up spending almost 3 hours in the office just for an exam, x-rays, cleaning! They also seemed very pushy trying very hard to get us to schedule my dads next two cleaning appointments. I told them I would schedule one but I didnt want to schedule the next two because I didnt know what our schedule would be like 8 months down the road. So my dad had an appointment scheduled for next Tuesday and the office calls today and leaves him a voicemail saying that if he doesnt call back by 4pm today, Thursday, that they are going to cancel this appointment! I myself worked in a dental office for over 8 years and in all the dental and medical offices Ive dealt with in my life Ive never heard of an office threatening to cancel an appointment because you havent called to confirm 5 days before the appointment! So this office thinks its ok for you to spend a half of a day there getting a cleaning and also expect you to take time out of your busy day to call them to confirm an appointment when youve never missed an appointment with them before? Im sorry but my family and I value our time and this office does not. We will be going elsewhere.

I wasnt sure what I expected when my husband and I went in for the first time, since he is the one that chose the location! ;) I usually do my research but havent had time as of late. As soon as I entered I loved it. The sitting area is comfortable and bright, and the staff from beginning to end was friendly, helpful and well, fun! They really make you feel comfortable. Everything flowed smoothly and I got a sense of a true team in action. The follow-through from one person to the next was seamless and everyone was professional. I had Aaron for my cleaning and he was fabulous. He then did my two years old daughters teeth as well and he is absolutely great with children! He somehow managed to keep my five-year old daughter still and focused during her x-ray scans! Dr. Andy Davong is the head dentist and he is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and all-around great person. He is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry and seems to know his stuff backwards and forwards. His entire staff was on top of it! And on a side note, both my daughters, ages 2 and 5, recently went for their first visit and LOVED it! Yep, you heard that right. They loved the dentist, the dinosaur chair, and of course, watching Frozen and Despicable Me from the ceiling while they got their teeth cleaned! Nice move on that one!

I had my first exam and they said my tooth needs to come out. We scheduled for it to come out and I arrived on time. I told the receptionist to let them know I would need some sedation since my last experience at a dentist was so horrific that I have a fear of dentist. She told me they cant do anything but Nitrous. I asked if I could talk to someone to understand what would be done. the dentist i saw originally then took me into an office and explained that there was a mistake adn they could not pull it today if I wanted the bone preserved for a implant. When i explained what it took for me just to show up today and how fearful I was because of my ungodly painful last experience with a different dentist, she told me they were not the dentist for me and asked me to leave. I had paid good money (I have no insurance) and now I have to start over somewhere else and pay for an exam again?? while in intense pain?? They have no concern for people who are frightened and in pain. DO NOT GO HERE!11

Initially I was hesitant to use a Dentist is a small town, however after entering the office with the most up to date equipment and such a pleasant staff I was a little more at ease. Dr. Davong was so nice and easy to speak with he was clear in his explanation and precise in his diagnosis. His rates were more than acceptable which was so surprising considering the equipment and facility. My family and I will be sure to continue using Dr. Davong for all of our dental needs. I would also like to give a shout out to Heather the Dental Hygienist that did my cleaning. I have not had a cleaning where there was no pain she did an exceptional job! To the staff at the front desk you were awesome as well thank you for smiling and getting us in and out so quickly! Thank you The Hatfield Family

I had an emergency dental situation, and Dr Davong and his staff took care of me in a timely, painless manner. Since then, I have switched all of my maintenance care as well as my familys to Fate Family Dental. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but I will say the hygienists are extremely gentle while being extremely thorough. Ive never had a more satisfactory experience. Furthermore, I will say I have asthma among other health considerations, and I usually have to remind hygienists or dentists of this before we start a procedure. The hygienists here were so knowledgable and considerate to take the time to explain what we could and could not do and why before I had my cleaning. They took care of me as a person not just my teeth.

Dr. Davong was phenomenal. I have some dental/medical anxiety and he was extremely kind, understanding, and calming- even though I had multiple cavities filled he made the experience a good one. Really grateful for a caring dentist who also has a great sense of humor and loves Disney! Also, all of their equipment seems really new, quality, and of course clean. All the staff is always smiling, too! Also, they have a benefit coordinator who makes sure to clearly explain all that your insurance covers and is super knowledgeable.

Fate Family Dental went beyond all expectations for a dentist and dental office. The office is immaculate with many added comforts such as televisions on the ceiling in order to provide more comfort during examinations or procedures. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Davong is absolutely wonderful, he took the time to answer questions and explain my examination findings. He even called me prior to my first appointment to welcome me to his dental family. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I would like everyone to know this is by far the absolute best dental office I have ever been to. I have never had a shot in my mouth with so little pain. As a matter of fact just a sting of the numbing medicine. I had 5 fillings on my upper front teeth, now they all look perfect. She was able to fill my front tooth, no root canal! I truly love everyone in this office and the atmosphere is so delightful. Thank you all for a great visit. I will see you next week. Vicki Dozier
