After years of horrible experiences with dentists around northeast Kansas I finally landed with Rossville family dental. Im beyond grateful for the warm personable staff and comfortable surroundings while Im there. Brett Urban is definitely the kindest Destist Ive ever had work with me. They all make me feel important from the moment of my arrival; to my last step out the door. I would recommend this group to anyone. In fact for the first time ever I feel comfortable bringing my children to the same dentist I see. Before these folks I wouldnt dream of putting my kids through the experiences I was at the time enduring. Thank you Dr. Urban and all your amazing assistants for finally taking away the fear I previously had when going to dentists..

We love the crew at Rossville Family Dental. Everyone is so pleasant and caring. I have a son with special needs and that can always be a challenge. Dr. Urban and staff are always so good and patient with him. Both my kids are always asking to go see him again even after they have had Dr. Urban giving them a shot to do some dental work. We actually live 20 minutes away and still choose to go here. I tell everyone they are so wonderful I would drive whatever it took to go see them. Thanks for all your guys hard work, caring and compassion.

Before Dr Miller left I never had any issues with my teeth cleanings or fillings. I had a cleaning yesterday and the hygienist pulled/scraped on a filling I have, now I have tooth sensitivity/pain. I wont return to that office, the only blessing there is Stephanie, shes phenomenal. My gums bled terrible, was not impressed at all. True shame Ive gone there since I was a little girl, but I definitely will NOT be returning.

Everytime I come in everyone is so very friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable! I always feel more eased, because Im always explained very well the plans on treatments, and they work with my schedule everytime. I always feel like they personally take the extra measure to make you comfortable, and because of that I drive the extra miles to have a wonderful expierience for a healthier smile that makes me feel beautiful! :)

Dr Urban and his staff are so friendly and accommodating! I recently had to switch from another dentist to Dr Urban and I couldnt be more happy! I appreciate his honesty in what needs to be treated and telling you why in terms you can understand! All the ladies in his office are terrific at making every visit a great one!
