My whole experience at Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry was amazing! We had to have dental surgery done and I was a very nervous mommy. It was all new to me. I searched long and hard for a place I trusted to do what needed done. The whole staff was amazing! Dr. Morgan and I believe it was Karla Carroll was very caring and patient and kind the whole time. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that we all felt comfortable the whole time. They made my child (5 years old) feel safe and happy the whole visit. I never once was made to feel like I shouldnt be nervous. They knew I was handing my child over to them and made me feel very comfortable doing so! I will always go back to see Dr. Morgan! I should also mention that Dr. Morgan will seriously give you his cell number to text and call anytime youre worried or have any questions and really means it! I dont know anyone else who has done that for us. Thank you Dr. Morgan and Karla Carroll for everything!!!

We had a phenomenal experience at Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry. As an adult, I am not a huge fan of seeing the dentist so I was nervous for my 3 and 1 year old kids. Dr. Morgan immediately put both me and my kids at ease. He has a fantastic bedside manner with kids and makes what can be a scary process easy and almost fun for them! His knowledge and professionalism put me as a parent at ease as well. Throughout the visit I had the impression that he really cared about my kids and giving them the best care/treatment that they needed, individualized to them. He was patient and kind at answering all my questions and giving me an idea of what future dental care for my kids would look like. Overall we had an amazing experience and I highly recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

My son left his first visit to Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry telling me he wants to be a dentist when he grows up. This from a child who was very nervous before his appointment! You will not find a staff who is better with children. The office is welcoming, clean, and child friendly with cutting edge technology. My son was brought back for his appointment before the Keurig had even brewed my coffee! They were amazing in the way they communicated with my son, and they were clear, honest, and helpful to me. My son asked questions incessantly, and they made him feel valued and important for every single second - never like he was a bother. We loved Dr. Morgan. He was absolutely spectacular. I seriously cant think of a single complaint. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Morgan is always AMAZING, and so great with kids! Hes very patient, comforting, and explains everything to my son so he is never afraid! Also Julie is incredible. I took my son this morning, and his tummy started hurting and she was on her knees with him in the bathroom comforting him, and holding juice up to his mouth, and then walked him back to the room and let him rest with a wet towel on his forehead, and checked his vitals. She even made us a little to go container in case he got sick, popsicle, and juice for us to go and never left his side! They ALWAYS take their time, never rush you out, comfort the child and the parent, and Ill never go anywhere else! So thankful for these sweet people!

My daughter Chloe is 3 years old and has been going to Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry since her first tooth appeared. The doctors are very professional and are the best at what they do. They make you feel very comfortable caring for your kiddos. Its nice to see that they take the time to explain everything to the kids before they do it and make adjustments if the kids are nervous or scared. The staff is super friendly and the office is very up to date and fun for everyone. They have a coffee bar in the lobby, tvs playing movies throughout the office, and a prize wall for the kids at the end. I highly recommend them to anyone with kids!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Morgan and his staff. My three children had cleanings scheduled on one of the first days of summer break and they were looking forward to their visit. What kid likes to go to the dentist?! Mine! It is no surprise considering the phenomenal experience we always have at Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry. They make us feel like we are their favorite family and always exhibit excellent care, compassion, professionalism, gentleness, humor and customer service. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone and we will never go elsewhere!! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Morgan is wonderful! The staff is wonderful! We have been going to Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry since my daughter was 2. She is now 5 and I brought her in because she had a small cavity. Julie was so kind and loving. She did everything to make my daughter feel super comfortable. Dr Morgan did the same. They were all singing and humming along to the Moana movie playing on the screen above; NO TEARS!! Sometimes going to the dentist can be scary, but it doesnt have to be! Thank you Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry for your awesome service!

My 11 year old son went in today as a new patient there and we loved the staff! They were super friendly with a great bedside manner. Very efficient, with the ability to fill out forms online ahead of time, text reminders, and we were in and out of the appointment in about 30 mins, including X-rays. Dr Morgan was great to not only have orthodontist recommendations specifically for my sons needs, but also offered recommendations for pediatricians. We were very happy we chose this practice!

This place is phenomenal with children!! We arrived right on time for our appointment(s) and were immediately taken back for cleanings by the friendliest hygienists ever! Cleanings were fun and friendly, and even flossing was made into a pleasant experience. X-rays were taken in record speed, and we cannot say enough about how thorough, educational, caring, and gentle Dr. Morgan is! Care was given explaining what to watch for in the future, and we were on our way in under an hour!

Weve had our 2 and 4 year olds at a few different practices. This one however was by far the best. The staff from admin to hygienist to the doctors were hands down some of the most professional and friendly weve seen. Usually our son is pretty shy, but he was more than willing to play with Dr Morgan. Cassie instilled some confidence and comfort with our daughter who handled her cleaning and care like a champ! highly recommend taking your kids to this location.

Everyone here is super fabulous! I am extremely picky and couldnt be more pleased with the service my kiddos get here!! We have had several cleanings and dental work a couple times and one dental emergency. They never have failed us and Dr.Morgan is so kind and compassionate! Everyone goes above and beyond. I have a child with SPD and he is very comfortable here, along with my other three, two of which come from hard places. Fabulous pediatric dentist office!

We took our daughter (16 months) to Dr. Ben Morgan for her first dentist appointment. Dr. Ben and his staff made the whole experience positive and fun for all of us. She loved sitting in the chair and getting her own tooth brush. When it was time for the checkup she was comfortable and cooperated quite well. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful place to take our daughter for this important part of her development. Thanks, Dr. Ben!
