I called this dentist and set up appointments for my entire family. My daughter was the first appointment. We waited for 45 minutes and then another 45 while the doctor played Angry Birds and Google Earth, with a gentleman patient in the waiting room. I was unaware he was the doctor, had I known, I would have been shocked. My son was the last scheduled appointment on a different day. He was unable to leave his high school or contact me until after the appointment. I immediately went to the dentists and explained what happened. The receptionist had me fill out his paperwork and told me she would call me with the next cancellation. She never called. My son had a non life threatening, but very painful dental problem come up. I called this dentist and scheduled an appointment for him; I also inquired as to why they did not seem to have his paperwork in the computer. They called me back shortly stating they would not see him. The receptionist stated that it was "office policy" NEVER to see a patient again if they did not show up for an appointment, regardless of circumstances; and proceeded to quote the old adage....if everyone did this..... Meanwhile, the rest of the family, had been treated by them several times without incident. Each time never seen in a timely fashion. On one occasion I was exactly 7 minutes late signing in, (note late showing up) I was told I would need to reschedule as the doctor no longer had time to see us. I left thinking, "really, because weve had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes for EVERY previous appt."....a total of 9 appt. Although the doctor seems nice, and I do not know if he is aware of his office staff, he also does not seem open to alternative options. He is also the only dentist in there, and the receptionist area is very small and accessible to him. I finally called and told the receptionist I would need to collect my families dental records; she hung up on me. I asked our new top Rockwall rated dentist if the no show policy was standard based on the conditions...they laughed...

My dad is a dentist in San Antonio - and a very good one, might I add. He travels on speaking engagements teaching other up-and-coming dentists about state of the art dental technology and techniques. Hes spoken and taught at The Pankey Institute and is one of the most well-regarded general dental practitioners in the area. Needless to say, in traveling around the country to teach other dentists, his dental network has become quite large...... so when I moved to Dallas recently for my new job, my dad recommended that I make Dr. L. Patrick Grisanti my new general dentist. And after 26 comfortable years of high quality dental work performed by my old man, including crowns, root canals, broken front teeth, you name it... the transition to Dr. Grisanti was completely unnoticed. Starting from when you walk in, youll notice Dr. Grisanti employs the most friendly staff you can get - youre welcomed by the same friendly person that picked up the phone after one ring that a) is not a robot asking you to hit 1 to schedule an appointment, and b) does not pick up the phone and put you on hold for 10 minutes. Dr. Grisanti uses state of the art dental equipment and is very knowledgeable. He cares about his patients and is proactive about educating his clients on preventative care. His hygienist is thorough, detailed, and careful, and will make sure youre leaving with a clean smile when you walk out. I would recommend Dr. Grisanti to anyone new to the area, tired of their old dentist, someone who needs a Dentist good with children, or someone just wanting an overall higher level of dental care. Dr. Grisanti and his team care about their patients, and their attention to detail and dedication to providing quality patient care is something I expected from a recommendation from dad.

I took my 5 year old to his first official dentist appointment to Dr. Grisantis yesterday. I remember going to the dentist when I was little and how scared I was! Let me just say that this office was wonderful!!!! The ladies at the front desk were very kind and thorough. The hygienist was amazing. She talked to my son at a 5 year old level, told him everything she was going to do before doing it. She told him about the "sugar bugs" and how to get rid of them. She made this experience AWESOME! The Dentist himself was "cool" and very kid-friendly and made sure I understood all that was going on and answered any questions that I had. I did not feel rushed at all. My son wanted to know when was the next time he could go back to the dentist!! Ha! If you are in the Rockwall or surrounding area there is simply no better place than Dr. Grisantis office for any and all dental work. Great experience!

Went in in extreme pain from a tooth that needed a root canal. He said my blood pressure was high. He could not rush me out of there fast enough! Said I needed to see an oral surgeon. Did not even try to relieve my pain, just kicked me out of the office as fast as he could. With that kind of compassion for the patient, I would never want anyone at that place. I then went to another dentist and he had the common sense to say that my blood pressure was high because I was in pain. He then gave me some pain medication, I went back in a few days, and had the root canal done.

If you want a great place to have your teeth looked at, go see Patrick Grisanti ll. The office is full of professional and cheery people who make you feel right at home. You are treated with kid gloves and pain free. I used to fear going to the dentist but now I know when I get my teeth worked on, Im going to feel good about it. Im glad I found his practice. He will spend time with you and he makes everything clear on his procedures.telling you in advance step by step.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Grisanti and I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The front office was very nice and helpful. The assistant was very professional. Honestly, she was great with taking her X-rays. Dr. Grisanti was great! So nice and took his time with my concerns. He explained everything to me and made sure I had no other questions before I left. The office was also very clean. Thank you guys so much for a great experience!!

All of the staff was very professional, helpful, and thorough during my whole experience! Everyone was so nice and upbeat! Great atmosphere, clean facility, excellent service, highly recommended. The services provided by Dr. Grisanti is above and beyond what I anticipated from any dentist. I have never had a bad experience to date. See you in six months!
